my favourite nail salon!!! just got these done for my birthday, they were super fast and did the exact design i asked for. and they have very nice, very clean washrooms.

I’ve been getting my nails done here regularly for over 4 months and was super excited to get something festive for December. I showed a reference picture for some designs but also love letting my nail artists be creative and give their own spin on the design. The artist spent a lot of time and made super detailed and intricate designs, such as the snowflake, which I love. I wanted something with a red base, which my artist was able to pick out for me. I think this is one of the best sets I’ve gotten from any nail place. Overall, I had a really great experience! The staff is always super nice and very accommodating.

Unfortunately, my experience did not match the positive reviews. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, which is the only reason I’m giving this 2 stars. However, I was very disappointed with my nails. I paid $140 for bio gel with a simple design, something I usually pay $90–$100 for elsewhere with much better results. After less than a week, the nails have already started cracking, as shown in the photo. The design is also quite sloppy; the white French tips don’t connect cleanly to the blue, and the nails curve downward which I’ve never experienced before. The frenches are also very inconsistent, and are starting to bubble. Overall, I’m really disappointed and won’t be returning.

I’ve been going to this salon for 10 years, I moved back to Halifax and every time I come back to Toronto I make sure I visit my girls Tina and Sylvia for the most amazing sets. They have such talented technicians and can do anything upon request while giving the best hospitality - I cannot say enough great things about this salon, they are such a special part of Parkdale ❤️❤️❤️

I really wanted to like this place, the staff was super nice. The first lady who helped me was great and picked the colour I wanted for my French tips - I was then handed off to another technician and there wasn’t much communication. She just started painting my nails with the pink base for the French which I didn’t want but I was never asked if the colour worked. It’s not bad just too pink. She did ask if I wanted to make the French tip thicker to which I said yes at least. But as you can see the middle nail was left unfinished, the french didn’t fully go along my finger. She was also a little rough with my cuticles and there was a lot of dead skin left. I asked her to remove it on one finger and she did but she didn’t try looking at my other fingers. I like leaving nail appointments feeling clean and fresh and didn’t get that experience here. Overall I wish she had been more attentive. I had a reference photo the first lady saw but the second lady didn’t, I wish I could have shown her but she just started painting. The staff was nice though but I wasn’t satisfied with the service. This may have been a one off experience though because others like this place a lot.
