I went to ALC with five tattoos I wanted to get rid of. Four treatments in and I am so happy with my results! The staff is amazing, very professional and knowledgeable about the procedures. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting laser tattoo removal.

I had a wonderful experience with Roxanne few years ago for laser hair removal. I decided to come back for a different service this time. I heard amazing comments regarding the pico way laser resolve treatment for hyperpigmentation. I had my consult with Alia and she performed my first treatment today. It was an absolute pleasure to meet her in person. She is friendly, professional and honest. I would never recommend. Charged me $680 for a 2x2 section of the wrist area and after waiting 3 months there has been absolutely no colour change or difference whatsoever. I feel like I was legitimately scammed!! She said it would go 2-3 shades lighter but I show everyone and no one can tell or see any difference! I should get my money back! After reading some of the reviews, I can also confirm the woman literally told me “Advanced Laser Clinic” is the only one to have their picoway laser and that it was exclusive to them. I’m sure you have cameras in your business— take accountability for your lying and deceitful staff. Horrible business and even worse owner. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Went for consult / test patch. Facility was very clean. Technician extremely knowledgeable. Was very honest about what to expect in terms of hair reduction. Will update with results. Update: Had full Brazilian completed. It hurt, but was bearable. Very red for 1 week then the next 2 weeks it seemed like the hair was growing back but it was just my body shedding the hair follicles. 4 weeks post and I am very smooth. Some hairs have regrown but very minimal. I wish I had done this sooner, the results are amazing! Considering how much I spend in a year waxing, its more upfront but the results are so worth it!

The staff were excellent in terms of friendliness, professionalism, and general knowledge. However, I did feel that there was more focus on the financial side than on the client’s best outcome. I have light skin and somewhat light hair, and I was advised that I would be a good candidate for permanent hair removal. After investing over $3,000, I am still left with significant hair in the treated areas, and it feels as though the treatment did not work for me. Looking back, I wish I had been more informed about electrolysis, which is the true method of permanent hair removal. For anyone considering hair removal treatments, I strongly recommend exploring electrolysis. While it may take longer and potentially cost more upfront, in the long run the results are far more effective, often more cost-efficient, and much more satisfying.
