21G Medi Spa in Toronto

Had such a relaxing experience at 21G Medi Spa! The space is clean, calming, and the staff are so welcoming. My massage therapist was amazing—attentive, professional, and really helped release all the tension. Left feeling refreshed and stress-free. Highly highly recommend!

I have been following them since I knew I was coming to Toronto for the BLACKPINK concert! It was my best friend’s birthday and so I decided to book a three hour pampering session. I booked via WeChat and the customer service contact, Joey was super accommodating. We did a body massage, Facial, and a head spa. The Massage I received was a male masseuse and he was on point and was so great and relieved alive the tensions of my back. Elaine, my pretty facial and head spa specialist did an exceptional job. I really enjoyed her taking care of my skin and my head scalp and felt super relaxed during the whole time. What was really amazing about this place is the fact that I was in the room with my friend the whole time and did not have to move anyone bit. Mia was also amazing and really put attentive care to my friend. After we were done, they told us to take our time and gave us some tea and was super friendly and courteous. So tomorrow I am going back again and getting a pedi with my other friend and I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a spa TLC date. Be sure to ask for the promotion offers for the month of they continue to come up with new and amazing promotions for their services!!!! I headed back today for the Mandi and pedi. The quality was ok but it’s $10 for cat eye. The retention and quality was not the greatest. I communicated with the customer service and she advices me that it was a junior, but I think it’s something they need to review and ensure that whoever provide service can do it. I would still go back because of the experience I had with the staff was exceptional!

I recently visited here and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Mary. She was incredibly nice and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain all the services and answer all my questions. The massage itself was exceptional.Yoyo and Jenny addressed all the tension points while making sure I was comfortable. The environment was serene, clean, and perfectly set up for relaxation. I like people here, service, environment and hot stones/special drinks etc…

What an amazing promotions, like $49 for a body massage during Happy Hour or $200 for a 3-hour combo that includes a foot massage, body massage, head treatment, and facial. Beyond that, their services are excellent as well!!! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, taking great care of me even when the spa was busy. A big thank you to Jess and the team for making my experience so relaxing! They’re truly a one-stop shop for beauty and well-being, making my self-care day absolutely worth it. P.S. They also offer RMT services if you have insurance coverage.

I recently came with my mom and grandmother here and we were treated like absolute royalty. The spa is very new and clean, the girls also put so much time and care into each service. I booked the Head treatment with petals for my mom and I, regular $100 but on special for $79 right now, and I booked the advanced facial $100 for my grandma who is 91, and her skin looked like glass after! They were also so gentle. The prices are extremely fair too!! 10/10 recommend!
