I got the body contouring treatment with Sonia and it was a great experience from day 1! She’s so nice and made me feel comfortable by explaining the procedure beforehand. There were notable changes in my stomach/waist just after 3 sessions! The space is also so beautiful and the front receptionist was very welcoming.

I had microneedling with exosome + body contouring done at Actual body today! First of all, it smells amazing in there- and really luxurious and relaxing atmosphere:) I never had micro-needling before so I was lil nervous but I really didn’t need to because they use very good numbing cream! I didn’t feel anything except buzzing. And the body contouring was painless, it was just warm. I was genuinely shook at how much of a difference i saw in just one session. Overall i’m very happy and I’m looking forward to coming back for more :)

I had been struggling with pain in both knees after spraining both menisci, and the team at Actual Body was absolutely incredible. Takhmina and Ray took great care of me, addressing all my needs with professionalism and genuine concern. Thanks to their treatment and attention, I’m back to where I needed to be to start training again. I highly recommend Actual Body to anyone dealing with knee issues or any kind of physical pain - they truly know what they’re doing and care about their patients!

I had the most amazing experience at Actual Body in Toronto! I did the belly contouring with Sonia and lost a full inch — still can’t believe it. From start to finish, everything was immaculate. The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful, the vibes are warm and welcoming, and every detail made me feel so cared for. Sonia was incredible — so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they’ve put so much thought into creating a space and service that feels equal parts luxe and science-backed. Honestly, science is SO cool and I’m so glad I tried this. Already looking forward to my next visit!
