I am sharing my personal experience regarding an RF microneedling procedure I underwent at 3D Lifestyle Toronto. During the treatment, I experienced intense pain significantly more than any other cosmetic procedure I had previously undergone despite the use of strong topical anesthesia. I expressed my discomfort at the time and was told that this level of pain was normal for the procedure. Following the treatment, I developed facial burns that did not heal as expected and remain visible, as shown in the photos attached. Unfortunately, the treatment never produced a positive result for me, and the outcome has been lasting. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this specific RF microneedling treatment. I would advise others to exercise caution and carefully consider the potential risks before undergoing this type of procedure. I want to clarify that my concern relates solely to this particular experience. The staff I interacted with, including FOSIA, were consistently polite and professional. However, due to the outcome of this treatment and the absence of any resolution, I chose not to return to the clinic for further procedures. It took me a long time to decide to write this review because I attempted to resolve the matter privately. I contacted the clinic multiple times by email, sought legal advice, and also reached out directly, but unfortunately, I never received a response or acknowledgment of my concerns. Due to the lack of communication and follow-up regarding a treatment that caused lasting harm and did not yield positive results, I feel it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. This review reflects my personal experience only. Photos have been uploaded to document the outcome referenced in this review. These images show the condition of my skin following the RF microneedling treatment and the marks that remain. The deeper marks that developed after the procedure remain visible to this day, despite multiple subsequent treatments.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m currently doing full-body laser hair removal at 3D Lifestyle Clinic, and I’ve just completed my third session. I wanted to wait until I actually saw results before leaving a review — and I’m genuinely happy so far. I’m already noticing clear bald spots and reduced hair growth across my body, which tells me the laser is definitely working. The results are gradual, but very real, and I’m satisfied with the progress at this stage. All of my sessions have been done with professional technicians l, which makes me feel safe and confident in the treatment. The staff are extremely kind, professional, caring, and passionate about what they do. They always respect my privacy, explain everything clearly, and make sure the laser is as comfortable and painless as possible. Customer service has been excellent from day one — very welcoming, respectful, and attentive. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser treatments.

Had my HydraFacial done by Shanel, and she took such great care of me! She walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and treated my skin with so much attention and gentleness. She also gave me an overview of my skin health and shared helpful tips on how to maintain it. The whole experience was amazing - she made me feel super comfortable and kept great conversation throughout. The staff are all so friendly, and the clinic itself is cute and cozy. My skin is glowing and refreshed. Can’t wait to come back for another one!
