Just five weeks after my knee replacement surgery, Toni treated me with such care—she was gentle with the leg massage on my operated leg, and the entire experience felt both safe and luxurious. The foot care was top-notch. My cuticles and nails were done exactly how I like them, and the heel work was impeccable. I'd been searching for a place to purchase the Dazzle Dry nail polish system in Canada for a few weeks when Upper Village Spa appeared on a last ditch google search. I'm so glad to have found this gem of a place - it is so welcoming! Upper Village Spa does Dazzle Dry mani/pedis and they also sell the system - they can order colours for you if they don't have them available. Pina is so sweet and knowledgeable about the system and is happy to share information. I don't live in the area but I think it's worth making the trip to this place. Next up for me is a professional DD mani/pedi - can't wait!

Trina and her staff at Upper Village Spa are fantastic! My family and I have been clients for the past eight years. They are professional, welcoming and are highly educated about services and products. They consistently deliver exceptional service, respect and care for all their clients. I’ve been a client of the Upper Village Spa for 23 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Trina and her staff are all well educated, meticulous and professional in their field. I’ve enjoyed many of the Spa’s treatments and had the pleasure of all the staff working on me. The spa is extremely clean and uses single use nail files to maintain the utmost hygiene for all clients. Trina researches all the products in the spa, which are all luxurious and top quality. I’ve purchased many items for my use and gifts with positive responses. I always enjoy the warm and friendly vibe and highly recommend The Upper Village Spa.

Upper Village Spa is an oasis! I have been going to this spectacular place since they opened over 20 years ago. The owner Trina and all her staff are fantastic. They are so kind and welcome you in such a way that you feel at home. I love that Trina keeps up with the latest science and technology so clients like me have the best service and quality products are used so that my body is not harmed. They look out for the client, always keeping them in the for front of whatever they do. Name the service and I’ve had it done. I’ve also had services with each of the staff and each one of them are great and so caring. I’m booked for their latest offering, the Oxygeno 3-in-1 Super Facial and I can’t wait! I appreciate how Upper Village Spa has such high standards when it comes to protocols around spa services. They take pride in making it a safe environment. I love how they continue their training to always be fresh and on top of the latest technologies. I live in Georgetown and yes that is a distance away from Upper Village Spa but I will NOT go anywhere else other than to Upper Village Spa. It is worth the drive!
