Aionios Med Spa in Toronto

10000/10 experience. Phil was amazing in giving me a consultation and about the process of the facial treatment. Victoria specifically did mine and she was absolutely amazing and sweet. Her hands were warm and engaged in conversation through out the treatment. They are very open about their goals for their clients depending on their face type. You also get messages that leave you so relaxed. I had a great time and a smile on my face through the whole thing, I didn’t want it to end. And for first time clients you get discounts so please take advantage! I HIGHLY recommend

Tried Aiono’s for the first time today and my skin feels so soft and clean. Victoria was amazing, she gave me a super relaxing experience. I really enjoyed this spa considering this was my first time doing a facial in Toronto.

If you came to Aionios after seeing their facial promo on an instagram ad, don’t do it. I would not recommend Aionios Med Spa. I came here after seeing an instagram ad for $97 for a facial - and while the facial was fine, I don’t think it was anything special. I didn’t feel as cleansed or rejuvenated as I have at other clinics. It was advertised to be worth up to $400 which is insane as it lasted probably only 40 minutes. Similar to the other one star reviews, when I wanted to pay for my facial I was met with pushy sales tactics encouraging me to purchase a facial package worth thousands of dollars, with lots of pressure to purchase on the spot. The sales associate also pushed products for me to purchase, but when I asked for specifics, she didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable in them. I knew this was a huge red flag, so I immediately started looking at Google and Reddit reviews (which in hindsight, I should have done my research before accepting to come in to get my promotional facial). When I politely declined and stated that I needed more time to think, or that I couldn’t commit to spending thousands of dollars on the spot, the sales associate kept trying to convince me on the value of the packages, urging me to purchase as the promo price would expire as soon as I leave, but I knew in my head and after reading the reviews that I would not agree to it. The entire vibe changed and things got awkward, and I honestly just wanted to leave right away. I paid for the facial and left, and I will not be coming back.

I had my first facial at Aionios Spa and it was lovely. I highly recommend you go and treat yourself! The location is great and the team is super warm. Phil was my consultant and Victoria did my facial - both team members are incredible! Thank you so much Aionios! :)

I just had the most incredible facial with Mersedeh and my skin has never looked better. She is clearly an expert who knows exactly what different skin types need. She took the time to analyze my skin and customize the treatment perfectly. I walked out glowing, hydrated, and feeling like a new person. If you’re looking for someone who actually delivers results, go see her!
