Very disappointed. My appointment was scheduled at 2:00 pm, and at 1:33 pm, I got a phone call asking if I can come in at 2:30 pm instead, as the client scheduled before me arrived late. I said no problem and walked in at 2:30 pm instead. At this time I realized they still were not ready for me and they said to wait an additional 5 minutes. At 2:45 pm I was still waiting and decided to leave. The lady at the front desk notified me that the client before me has further delayed their finish time because they added on additional procedures. It’s extremely unprofessional for them to be that disorganized and I refuse to support a business that fails to prioritize my appointment and time. I was patient at first but once 45 minutes passed, I could no longer wait. As a repeat customer, I will not be returning here.

I did the PRP+meso treatment with Shahla at the clinic. I cannot say enough good things about her! She is so professional, kind and warm in her approach. She is very knowledgeable and it shows in the way she addresses the client's questions and concerns. I have done PRP at other clinics and she has the most gentle and pleasant approach. Since having two sessions with her, I have noticed a big improvement in my hair and can see it working well! I am so excited to get the full benefits. Highly recommend to have the treatment with her.

Nurse Shaila is amazing, I am so glad I found her! She is very kind and compassionate, and really takes the time to listen to and get to know me. She explains things very well too. I expected this to be painful and she makes this almost painless! I had 5 PRP hair treatments starting from February 2022 from baseline and already seeing results. I am so happy and excited to continue on with the treatments. Thank you so much 😊🙂😊

I loved this clinic and the staff! They made me feel comfortable with the lip injections, though this wasn't my first time, and their office is just so cozy. It's easy to get to as well as I take public transit. I will be back for another lip filler soon!! Thanks Toronto Beauty Clinic xox

I have to say I had a fantastic experience on my first visit to the Toronto Beauty Clinic for eyelash extensions! Conveniently located near my home, the clinic has a modern and relaxing atmosphere without compromising hygiene. My eyelash extension technician was amazing and gave me the most beautiful lashes I have ever had from extensions. She was very skilled at giving volume and length to my short Asian lashes, making them still look natural with the volume. What made my service all the more outstanding was that they were able to accommodate their appointment schedule to my needs in a short time frame. I would definitely recommend visiting the clinic if you're interested in their services!
