Tonic Spa in Toronto

My favourite RMT in Toronto is Antony Quesada Palacios! He's always so calm and always applies the perfect amount of pressure, while ensuring you are comfortable with it. Very respectful! Very nice! I always leave feeling amazing. I also have dietitian sessions with Rory Bray and she is also incredible. She really works with your lifestyle in her recommendations and teaches you the importance of balance while working with you on your goals. Additonally, I've also had a DEXA scan completed there. They have a chiropractor review your results with you in depth. I also love Compression Therapy sessions too - especially after a week doing Hyrox and Spin classes. Tonic Spa is my go to place for wellness. It's my favourite place to treat myself!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sweat and Tonic (486 Front St.) and cannot recommend them enough! Dr. Kristina Mirceta was an absolute joy to work with. She is incredibly intelligent, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. What stood out most was how clearly and thoroughly she explained my DEXA scan results. She broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand, leaving absolutely no room for misinterpretation. I walked away feeling informed, confident, and empowered about my health. The entire process was smooth, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. If you’re considering getting a DEXA scan, this is 100% the place to go. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at Sweat and Tonic. I went in for a 50 minute lymphatic massage with Suky and she was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. She explained everything clearly and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. I left feeling really good and so refreshed. The customer service overall was excellent and the space itself is very clean and welcoming. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend Sweat and Tonic and especially Suky for an amazing massage experience.

My experience was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was friendly and guided me through the entire process and protocols. They even showed me the facilities, and while waiting in the lounge area, I already felt relaxed. When it was time for my appointment, I had a full body massage, which was amazing. Charanjeet was clearly very knowledgeable, asked all the right questions, and knew exactly what she was doing. The pressure was perfect, and she focused on all the right spots. I felt like I was floating on clouds afterward. I’m so happy with my visit today and will definitely be back for more.

Grateful for the opportunity to visit after hitting 500 classes. It has potential but a few touch-points could be improved to provide a more elevated experience. Upon arrival , we were greeted by a kind woman and told to change and come back for a tour of the pool area. After doing as instructed, we came back and saw different/more employees chatting (not a problem) at the front desk. However this time we were told “it’s at the end of the hallway, turn left, then right”. I repeated “sorry,you said at the end of the hallway?” (clearly unfamiliar)….“Yep at the end.” We were confused (I brought a guest - also her first time at the spa),made our way… and spent ten minutes wandering to see what areas we might have access to along the way… then another few minutes navigating the pool area. Halfway through our session we saw the same employee giving a solo visitor a full tour. Possibly a bit of a disconnect but do ask for the tour as a first timer! We were unclear if the tea/lounge area was available to us so we asked other seated guests who said they don’t think so. The pool area is quite dark so the extra guidance will be handy. The water refill station inside the deck could benefit from the pot light being turned on + regular refill of the disposable cups. Otherwise the circuit is a nice addition to S&T and pairs well after a workout.
