She took the time to really understand and listen to the issues I had had in the past with various treatments, and together we came up with a plan that I am very happy with. I just completed my third session of PRP + Microneedling for my hair and I’m honestly shocked at how much new growth I’ve had! From day one, Elena explained everything in detail and made the entire process incredibly comfortable. She’s extremely knowledgeable, kind, and takes her time to make sure you understand what’s being done and what to expect. FULL REVIEW: I am so grateful that I found Elena at Science First Medical to help me cut through the noise and get me the right skincare plan. I initially decided to come for a consultation with Elena because her approach to aesthetics was so refreshing. She was deeply knowledgeable while also being empathetic, realistic and honest. Our consultation was simply amazing. She put my mind at ease, inspected my skin and gave me a list of recommendations as well as her reasons for every treatment (and reasons not to do certain treatments). All this while being patient, warm, kind and lighthearted. We agreed on a treatment plan that was realistic, effective for me and my lifestyle and in line with my values. We created a plan to maintain and improve certain areas by using rejuvenating treatments and effective ingredients. The treatments themselves made me feel a little nervous and again Elena was amazing at putting my mind at ease, being patient and going through them expertly and quickly. The best part is the results. After just 6 months with Science First Medical I constantly get complimented on my skin and how it’s “glowing”. There are such significant improvements to my fine lines and dull, dry skin areas. The recommendations for supplements were also very helpful. Truly, an all around amazing experience!
