I’ve had such a good experience at Radiance Medspa & Beauty Bar! The place is really clean, calm, and relaxing. Everyone there is super nice and welcoming, and they make you feel comfortable right away. I love how professional everything feels but still really relaxing at the same time. You can tell they care about their clients and want the best for them. I definitely recommend coming here if you want to treat yourself and feel more confident. I’m completely hooked on this med spa! After treatments like RF, microdermabrasion, and meso peel, my skin is absolutely glowing. I can’t imagine going anywhere else because this spa consistently gives me the best results—especially with microchanneling. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming; they truly treat me like family. Teesh, the owner, is especially wonderful—so down-to-earth, caring, and genuine. I highly recommend everyone visit this med spa to enjoy a youthful, healthy glow and get endless compliments

I’ve been going to this spa for almost two years now, and I have never experienced any disappointment. The service is always excellent. From the very first time I visited, the staff welcomed me so warmly and spoke to me with so much kindness. Every time I go, I truly feel like I’m visiting family. Latisha is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly talented, and her work speaks for itself. All the estheticians here are wonderful, and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my skin. My skin has gotten so much better that people often ask me what I do for my skincare and that’s because I know I’m in very good hands. What I appreciate the most about Latisha, as the owner, is her honesty. She never recommends unnecessary treatments just to make money. She always tells you exactly what your skin needs and nothing more. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and professional. Over time, she’s become like a sister to me.i truly recommend this spa to everyone. They deserve so much more appreciation for the amazing work they do. I happily give them five stars and if there were an option to give ten stars, I would absolutely give even more.

I went to this spa to prepare for my upcoming wedding. It was great to come in and have the professional know exactly what to do to prepare my skin. Asha was definitely a girls girl. She was very friendly and walked me through everything because I was pretty inexperienced and generally low maintenance when it comes to these things. She honestly boosts my confidence every time I visit her. She knew exactly which products for me to use daily and took the time to send me all her suggestions. I must say that my face was absolutely glowing on my wedding day. Not only because of the facials and extractions she did before hand but the skin prep she taught me to get my skin ready for my big day. I definitely trust her and look forward to bringing my daughter in to get her skin cleaned and healthy with Asha !

I could give a zero rating if I could. I had a very disappointing and distressing experience at this salon back in March. I went in around 10:45 a.m. for a facial appointment and ended up being there until almost 7 p.m. because of how badly things went wrong. I was recommended their “Deep Signature Facial” by Rukhsana, who, based on all the glowing reviews, I believed was very experienced. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing close to what I expected. During the facial, excessive extractions were done — even on very active, inflamed pimples that clearly should not have been touched. My skin became extremely red and irritated. They told me it was “normal” but it really took a turn. (Attached photos) After that, they decided to try a new mask product on me — one that had never been used on any client before — and they didn’t apply it with gauze as required. When it hardened, it stuck to my skin and ripped off a large portion of my eyebrows when removed. They spent hours trying to get the mask off my face with hot water and oil but couldn’t, and although they kept apologizing, it was shocking and disappointing that such an experienced professional would make such a mistake. Afterward, my skin broke out severely, and the salon tried to cover up the eyebrow damage by applying a henna tattoo, which turned out very poorly as well (attached photos). They didn’t charge me for the facial and offered to compensate with additional treatments to fix my skin and brows, but I couldn’t bring myself to go back after what happened. It took me several months for my skin to heal and for my eyebrows to grow back. I’m only writing this review now because it took time for me to mentally and physically recover. I literally have PTSD and haven’t entered a salon ever since this experience. I genuinely hope the salon learns from this experience and takes greater care before performing such procedures on clients. Unfortunately, based on what I went through, I cannot recommend this place.
