Annie is a QUEEN! I recently started getting my nails done again after years off of doing them and my first experience back wasn’t ideal. I then booked with Annie and she absolutely killed it and she’s now my go-to gal! As someone who is overly self conscious she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. In the past when I used to get my nails done I’ve never enjoyed going because it was always just 1-2 hours of silence and I always felt awkward but ive really enjoyed my appointments with her. It feels like it’s an old friend doing my nails and were just catching up, cracking jokes and yapping 💅🏻 So happy I ended up with her as a tech and now she has a new loyal client! Highly recommend her 🙏🏻 thank you!!!

I was really hoping to like this place. Everyone was so kind, nail colour selection amazing. I tried this new salon due to a short move. Unfortunately, the quality was horrible. When I got home, I realize my thumbnails were extremely uneven. I did reach out with my concern and was given the option to come back in. The next day (24 hours after) I had biogel and paint chipped off one side of a nail after putting on latex gloves as I’ve done every day at my job for six years and have never had an issue at the nail salon I went to previously for that timeframe. I realized the quality would not last long and therefore went back to my other nail salon to mediate the situation.

I used to claim this spot as the “best pedicure in Toronto” but after my experience last night, I will never return. - told to come at 6:45, sat there for 30 mins without any acknowledgement - was forced to pay before the service was even halfway done - music blaring the whole time - massage was so incredibly painful, the man was digging his nails into my skin and when I said “ow”, he said “oh you’re sensitive” and proceeded to do the same thing - my toe nails are all uneven, skin scraped off, literally hurts to walk right now - paint job was done terribly and they originally used the wrong colour and told me “that’s all they have” and then magically found the right shade when I asked what colour they used I can’t believe I paid almost $100 for this experience to be in pain and my pedicure to look terrible before a trip. I can’t even go get them fixed elsewhere because they’re so short and skin is peeled off. Will NEVER return.

I have mixed feelings. The manager was very friendly and it was fun to have a drink on a Sunday. I like the ambiance so I will give it 5/5 and the manager was very friendly. My nail tech I will give 3/5. The issue I had is my nail tech didn’t pay attention. She did not check the temperature of water and put my feet in scalding hot water. She also cut too much off my cuticles and caused my one nail to bleed and I told her it was painful. She then sprayed alcohol on it which made it more painful. She proceeded to give me a massage but did not ask me what pressure and that was also painful. My nails at the end of the visit looked nice but I feel she should better communicate with her client as I would have enjoyed the visit a lot more.

I came here this previous Sunday and I want to give it a 5 but there were just a few things I was disappointed with. I came in for a regular pedicure, bio gel set and eyebrows. A friend of mine went here before and she loved her experience. I wanted to give this place a try as the reviews seemed great along with an appealing drink menu. I wanted to treat myself to a relaxing few hours. The first thing that I was disappointed with was my interaction with the receptionist. It was my first time there and I felt she did not want anything to do with me. The initial reaction with the sign in process was so awkward…did not smile or guide me to the steps. I had to ask. She then proceeded to seat me and gave me a drinks menu. I looked through and tried to make eye contact so I can ask for a cappuccino. Few moments later a lady and others walk in. They got their orders in, and the main thing here is the person who helped them asked if they wanted anything. The receptionist did not check in with me if I wanted anything but she asked others… which I found rude and not attended to. I eventually asked my nail lady if I could have a cappuccino. When I was ready to check out I was very polite, gave tips, said thank you and the interaction was just very unpleasant with the receptionist as if she just didn’t want to deal with me. Once again no smile. The lady who did my pedicure was super sweet as well as the lady who did my nails (bio gel) although the lady who did my nails she nicked me two times. She did apologize but doing it more than once was super disappointing. It’s been two days and it still burns. She also shaped my thumb nail in an odd shape, but I feel because we were having a good conversation it may have went a little sideways. I would not go here for eyebrows as it was only waxed. Not once did she use eyebrow scissors, shape or anything to brush out my eyebrow hairs, which I found very strange. Regardless of the receptionist, the nicks on my fingers and the eyebrows. I had a good experience. I just wish I felt more cared for with respect and attention. The pedicure and manicure lady were super sweet overall. Very clean salon.
