I’m writing this review after my 3 months of religiously doing the skin care routine curated by Kimberly Ferguson for me. I had concerns about my uneven skin tone and asked if I could do procedures for my skin to help even it out and during our consultation she told me that we can start with doing a skin care routine (less invasive, cheaper route) before doing anything crazy. I love how she didn’t push me into doing the expensive procedures. I’ve attached below my 3 month progress. I’m sooo happy with the outcome and can’t recommend them enough!

I had such a wonderful experience at Ottawa Derm Centre! From start to finish, the entire team was welcoming and professional. Vaneesa has been absolutely amazing in helping me manage my lip scar — she’s knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan. My results already look better than I expected, and I really appreciate her gentle approach. I also saw Cheryl for masseter Botox, and she was fantastic! She made me feel so comfortable, answered all my questions, and delivered such a natural, balanced result. My jawline feels more relaxed, and the overall effect looks great. Both Vaneesa and Cheryl are very knowledgable, and the clinic itself is beautiful and calming. I honestly only recommend this clinic to everyone around me!

I’ve seen Dr. Chitte for multiple procedures in the last 13 years, and my experience has been amazing every single time! He’s patient, caring, and really takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. As someone with darker skin, I truly trust them with my care, and I have always been satisfied with my results. His nurse, Debra, is just as wonderful and helpful. The staff is kind, professional, and the office is nice. You can tell they really care about their patients. I’ve always felt safe and in great hands. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Chitte more!! TRULY THE BEST!!

I recently had a breast reduction with Dr. Chitte, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From my first consultation, Dr. Chitte was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable — they explained every step of the process and made me feel completely at ease the whole time. A special thank-you to Debra, the surgical coordinator, who went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. She was always quick to answer my questions, help with scheduling, and provide reassurance before and after surgery. My results are amazing — not only has my shoulder and neck pain gone away, I feel lighter and more comfortable, and the incisions healed beautifully. The entire team made me feel cared for and confident throughout. I highly recommend Dr. Chitte and their team to anyone considering a breast reduction. They truly changed my life for the better!

My experience at the Ottawa Derm Centre has been fantastic. From Moxi and CoolSculpting treatments to their Vivier skincare line, everything has been top-notch. The staff makes all the difference; Annie, Nancy, and Trish are so warm and professional, they make every visit a pleasure. The clinic is conveniently located and has such a calming, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a place where you feel genuinely looked after. Highly recommend to anyone in Ottawa!
