I went for a facial today and it was honestly so good. The service was professional, relaxing, and super thorough. My skin feels clean, refreshed, and glowing! Nika was friendly, gentle, and explained every step, which made the whole experience even better. The products they used smelled amazing and didn’t irritate my skin at all. I’ll definitely be going back and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality facial. Such a great experience! ✨

I did a facial recently. The exfoliation was superb — my skin felt really clean and refreshed. They didn’t use steam but a hot towel instead, which was okay. The spa was clean and well maintained. However, the 60-minute session included skin consultation, so the actual facial felt a bit short. I also felt that very little product was used during the facial. Another concern was hygiene — after touching my hair/head massage for a few minutes, the therapist massaged my face without washing or cleaning her hands, which I feel should be avoided. Overall, it was a good experience, but the facial massage wasn’t very pleasant. It felt more like tapping or hitting rather than a soothing, relaxing massage.

I had an amazing experience here! I asked for deep tissue massage as i felt tense around my neck, back of the head, and shoulders, and Reina did a fantastic job! She has more than 8 years of experience as a massage therapist, and this is my first time getting a massage from a Japanese therapist. I highly recommend her!
