I had my first Indian Head Massage with Harpreet Kaur Malhi at Align Massage Therapy on Bank Street, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Harpreet is exceptional in every respect. Went for the first time today and had a great massage from Konnor. He was very friendly and laid back to interact with. He hit every ache and pain in my body that needed it. My upper back and neck were so tense going in, I could barely turn my head to the left. After the massage, the tension was released and I’m feeling great. He also gave me a recommendation for an exercise I could do at home to prevent shin splints, so that was very nice. Note to new customers: they don’t take tips via card, so if you plan to tip - take cash. I’m very “pro tipping” when the service is amazing, so I felt sort of bad that I wasn’t able to leave one this time. I’ll definitely be back again!

​I have been a client since the beginning of last year, but unfortunately, the service has significantly declined recently. The prices have increased, and despite specifically booking a full-body massage, the last three therapists have focused exclusively on my upper body, even during a 90-minute session. During my last appointment, the therapist spent over 10 minutes making notes, leaving no time to address the leg pain I had specifically requested be treated. I am very disappointed with the quality of care and lack of attention to my needs.
