The staff here is unbelievably professional and knowledgeable. Never before have I enjoyed a better experience or felt more comfortable at a med spa. Sharissa is a rising star and, quite frankly, her service seems like a hidden gem at this location.

This is my favourite places to get treatments done for my skin! Sharissa always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is nothing short of amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about Jamie and the great services she offers. The clean and crisp atmosphere, the care, genuine attention and customer service is unmatched. I started Laser Genesis with Jamie about a month ago. So far I'm seeing amazing results! She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to see the end results! I would highly recommend.

I've been going to Gates MediSpa getting treatments from Sharon for over 2 years. I go regularly to get an AFA peel done on my face. Since going it has drastically diminished my pigmentation on my face and reconditioned my skin. I have suffered many years with pigmentation and with trying different products and seeing other professionals nothing can compare to the results I’ve seen. Sharon is extremely knowledgeable, professional and mostly important she made me feel very comfortable through this process. I highly recommend seeing Sharon as she is the only one I trust when it comes to my skin!

Have had four back wax appointments with Sharon and the results have been very good, especially after the last treatment. As well, my wife has had Laser ReGenesis and Limelight treatments and has been very happy especially with the removal/lightening of a very persistent age spot on her cheek. Sharon is very knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation of the treatments which helps a lot with any questions or anxiety you might have with the treatments.
