I’ve been coming to Vie Nail Salon at The Well for a while now, and they never disappoint. Every single visit is consistently amazing. The space is beautiful, clean, and calming, and the staff are always so warm, professional, and welcoming. My nails always turn out flawless, they pay such close attention to detail and really care about their work. It feels like a little luxury escape every time I’m there. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-tier service and results.

I have been coming to Vie for the past year and absolutely love it! The atmosphere feels rich and relaxing and the staff are unbelievably kind! No matter if I am in my clean girl era or want something that requires a different design on each nail they deliver! They pay close attention to what I want and what my nails need. I have found that my nails are so much healthier and it’s last for 5+ weeks! I would highly recommend them for all of your manicure and pedicure needs!

I highly recommend Inna ( Nail Artist) . My Russian manicure lasted over four weeks with no lifting or breaking. My personal favourite is a Cat Eye and Inna accurately replicated an inspiration photo I brought to the appointment. Inna is very friendly and welcoming. I received numerous compliments on my nails and have already booked future appointments with her. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. I’ve noticed my nails have grown significantly since switching to Bio Sculpture. I am excited about trying new nail designs with Inna in the future.

I felt very heard and truly appreciated the empathy shown. I was also offered a complimentary appointment to give Vie a second chance, which is extremely generous. Thank you, Vivian, for your quick response, professionalism, and compassion in addressing my experience. I went to Vie Nail & Beauty Salon for a simple manicure for my wedding and clearly communicated the importance of this service through multiple touchpoints in advance. While I normally wouldn’t leave a negative review for a manicure gone wrong, given the significance of the occasion I feel it’s important to share my experience. The space itself is beautiful and the staff were kind, however the service did not meet expectations. My cuticles were severely cut and inflamed during the manicure. They were bleeding, and even left a small blood stain on my winter jacket. I had requested very minimal, light glitter nail art and shared photo inspiration, but instead received a harsh silver metallic line around my cuticles that looked nothing like the reference and made my fingers appear bruised. When asked if I liked the result, I was honest and shared my concern. I was told that what I wanted wouldn’t show up in photos, that this option was better, and that the silver could not be removed and only the nail shape could be adjusted, which did not address the issue. Thankfully, I had built in some buffer time and went to another salon at my own expense to fix the situation. The new nail tech was extremely concerned about the condition of my nails and cuticles and had to modify her service to avoid further damage / irritation. She was ultimately able to achieve the look I was hoping for, saving the day. This entire experience is especially disappointing given the premium price point, where I paid over $200 for this manicure. I’ve seen beautiful wedding nails done at Vie for close friends, so this experience was particularly surprising and stressful given the importance of the day. I will include an update if I do / do not hear back from the team to provide some resolution for this experience. Thank you. I have included photos for reference. I wish I took some before I washed my hands, but you can still see how inflamed my fingers are and dried blood.

I won’t go anywhere else for my nails! I travel from Oakville - I don’t mess around! Katy not only pays attention to every detail, I’m honoured and grateful to now call her a friend. I followed Katy here from a previous salon as she does incredible work. I look forward to coming to see her every 4 weeks. The environment is welcoming, relaxing and everyone is down to earth - from those that take care of us customers as well as the customers themselves. It’s my zen time - I love it. They have me for life!
