TN BROWS in Toronto

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Thi. Please save your money and choose an artist who takes pride in their work and is willing to fix their mistakes. I paid over $700+ for ombré brows, and once they healed it looked so patchy and not aligned (see attached pictures). When I returned for the touch-up appointment (within the timeframe she specified), she asked if I had used the ointment – the very ointment she never even gave me.For $700+, you’d expect basic aftercare to be included. During the touch-up, she admitted my brows looked more like a tint and thats not what I had paid for. During the appointment she never mentioned anything about my brows not retaining ink during the appointment. Instead she went through the touch-up session as if everything was fine, just to make more money. When my brows were fully healed, I reached out to her about the poor results, hoping she would take accountability and fix her mistakes. Instead, she blamed me, claimed I was making her feel uncomfortable because I refused to pay her again to fix her botched work, and ended up blocked my number when I requested a partial refund. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of care is unacceptable. For the price she charges, you’d expect quality work and some accountability if something goes wrong. I truly regret trusting her with something as important as my brows. Please do yourself a favor and avoid falling for the fake, glowing reviews. Find someone who values their clients and stands behind their work – Thi is not that person.

Thi from TN Brows was professional, personable, efficient, understanding, and timely as I received a new set of Ombré Brows that look amazing! This is my second time getting Ombré and although my first time was with someone who later retired and it was good this second time comes second to none! The difference is the technique! Thi is a free hand artist who truly knows her craft! I almost cancelled my appt because I just was having a rough day but Thi worked with me and encouraged me which was so thoughtful as she is in high demand and could have just said ok next! I am grateful for her and look forward to going back in a few months for a retouch “AND” I am going to bless my mom with a set of ombré brows too! Also I have to share the peeling process was so minimal compared to my previous experience. I looked like a snake previously with all that peeling but this time with Thi I even went to work during the peeling process and received multiple compliments! I was like, “Wow people noticed my beautiful brows!” I highly recommend Thi for credible and practically perfect Ombré Brows! Nicole R.

Nice and clean shop that makes it very comfortable to be in! Thi was very professional in making recommendations and giving advice on how to best shape my brows but also listening to what you want at the same time. She made sure that I was happy with the shape before actually doing the work. Definitely come here to have your brows done!

I had such an amazing experience getting my brows done with Thi! Her studio is extremely clean and I felt so comfortable knowing that everything is thoroughly disinfected in-between clients. Thi takes her time to perfect your brows and make the procedure as easy and painless as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and credible artist to upgrade your brows!

Thi did an amazing job on my brows last year! When I noticed that she added a new service which was lip blush, I know I needed to book it with her because I trust her and was very satisfied with my brow results. It’s almost a week since I did my lips and I cannot thank her enough. I love the way it is healing so far! I 100% would like to recommend TN Brows!!
