She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. Johanne gave me a massage, and it was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever received. It was deeply relaxing and exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a wonderful self-care experience.

I had an incredible experience with Joanne at The Beauty Rezort. She tailored my session perfectly, combining hot stone, deep tissue, and lymphatic massage based on what each part of my body needed most. Her pressure was absolutely fantastic—strong where it needed to be, soothing where it mattered—and I felt completely taken care of the entire time. I genuinely left feeling like I was floating on air. Joanne is intuitive, skilled, and truly exceptional at what she does. I can’t recommend her highly enough and will definitely be back!

I was really happy with the care and patience I received from Joanne! I came to this spa for a lash lift and wasn’t satisfied with the results at first, but Joanne quickly assured me that we could try again in a few days and even bought different sized pads so I could get the results I was expecting. The second try was perfect, exactly what I was hoping for! The photos show before and after my second lift treatment, I’m so happy with the results and with Joanne for helping me out and making sure I was satisfied with my service. Thanks so much 🥰

Laura is an absolute gem!! I came in from out the city for a promo, and I am always weary of these, but honestly she made it all worthwhile! This was such a great time she took great care of my skin, the massage was perfect pressure for a relaxing time. I spoke to Joanne on the phone and she was super helpful as well. Booking and working with them was super smooth and easy. The place is pretty, clean, secure, and nicely taken care of, which is always a good sign! I would totally recommend, and I highly recommend getting Laura to work on your skin and massage! Super grateful for her efforts!!

Joanne has such a calming presence — she makes you feel welcomed, pampered, and genuinely cared for. Every step of my treatment was done with so much attention and professionalism. The facial left my skin glowing, the massage melted every bit of stress away,. The whole experience feel luxurious. You can tell Joanne loves what she does — her hands are gifted! Highly recommend
