Booking an appointment has been a challenge each time. I was asked to reschedule, yet still received a text to confirm the original date — leaving me unsure whether the studio had the correct information or if my $50 deposit was at risk. I was told the system couldn’t move my booking because of that deposit, but confirmed my appointment. When I arrived, the studio had no record of my pre-purchased Dysport or my deposit. I had to remind them of both to avoid being charged again, and no one acknowledged the inconvenience or repeated issues I’ve experienced. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems — from running out of Dysport and needing to reschedule, to appointments being pushed because the injector was delayed. There’s been an ongoing pattern of disorganization with no real effort to address it. For the price point (around $10/unit), I expected far better service and professionalism. I can receive the same treatment elsewhere with much more reliable care.

My Votiva treatment was very thorough and comfortable with amazing effects. Tiffany is a lovely, person, very capable, she was very knowledgeable and always attentive to my comfort level while making sure to maximize the effects of my treatment. This treatment is a game changer for anyone who is seeking to return youthful tone post pregnancy, or for whomever is feeling some of the physically negative hormonal effects from menopause like the loss of tone and loss of naturally occurring lubrication making sex way less pleasurable and frankly tedious and embarrassing, it will also stop incontinence and all by tightening and toning the delicate tissues of the vagina both internally and externally.
