My experience at SKINFIDELITY with Shelby has been beyond my expectations. From the intake form to the consultation to my first appointment, I cannot say enough positive things and I knew SKINFIDELITY was different than any other clinics I had gotten consultations at. Shelby was very patient answering any questions I had and explaining the process and risks, etc thoroughly (like a super skilled nurse injector bestie!) 10/10 I recommend SKINFIDELITY to anyone interested in services provided and I will continue to be a lifelong customer!!

Shelby is incredible! She’s kind, detail-oriented, ethical, and truly honest. She only uses the best products available and always has your best interest in mind as a patient. I went in for Botox and microneedling on two separate occasions and honestly, the whole experience was really pleasant. Shelby knows her stuff. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I wanted a natural look not like I had work done. The Botox smoothed out some lines without making it obvious, which is exactly what I wanted. I was a little skeptical about microneedling, but I’m glad I went for it. Shelby made it painless, and within a few days, my skin looked clearer, smoother and got rid of my acne scars. If you’re a guy thinking about getting Botox or microneedling but not sure where to go, trust me - go see Shelby. I’ll definitely be back!

Shelby is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient. When I first spoke to her about my procedure, she explained everything, which eased my anxiety about my upcoming appointment. During my first appointment, Shelby did everything to help me feel comfortable, making my overall experience with Shelby absolutely fantastic, and I have been so happy with my results. Shelby has also been instrumental in helping me improve my skin (dryness, dark spots, acne, etc). She really takes the time to listen, and educate her clients. (She’s not just selling you product to sell you product) Needless to say, her advice has been top notch and my skin so far is the best it has ever been. I highly recommend Shelby for all of your injection and skincare needs! She is literally the best.
