The skin tag removal was quick, virtually painless, and the aftercare advice was thorough. She also did a skin tag removal for my husband near his lip that was quick and he was very happy with the results. The spa's ambiance is calming, with soothing music and aromatherapy. . Natalie is absolutely amazing and provides outstanding service. I went to have a skin tag removed and it is virtually gone now as if it were never there! I also visit her for monthly wax appointments and am always satisfied with the results. She puts great care and attention to detail into her work and I couldn’t be happier to have found this spot!

I went to Skin City Spa for DPN Removal, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The two-step treatment was exceptional. First part of the treatment was the actual removal of the DPN, followed by a Skin Brightening Facial 2 weeks later. Natalie explained each step of the process and used high-quality products that left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and glowing. What really stood out was the level of care and professionalism throughout my visits. I left not only looking better but feeling incredible and condifent. What impressed me most was the personal care. After the DPN Removal, Natalie explained the home care process for 2 weeks. I sent her pictures daily so she could see and assess the healing process. That level of thoughtfulness and service was amazing. After the Brightening Facial, Natalie provided helpful home care tips to maintain the results. That personal touch made a big difference and showed how much she genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend Skin City Spa!

I am soooo happy I stumbled across skin city spa, and in particular Natalie. I cannot thank her enough. I’ve been struggling with stubborn skin texture and what I thought were sun spots for years, nothing I tried ever seemed to make a real difference. It wasn’t until I started to question the spots on my skin a bit more and stumbled upon DPNs online and then further researched the treatment and reached out to Natalie who confirmed it was DPNs. The treatment itself wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. I finally saw the skin I’ve always wanted. For the first time in forever, my skin is clear, smooth, and glowing. I still can’t believe the difference! Natalie was incredibly sweet, communicative, and responsive throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear how much she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to help them feel confident in their skin. I’m beyond grateful and would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat! She really loves what she does and is so committed to her work, it’s very inspiring. I’m grateful to have met her and to have been treated by her 🤍

First time visiting Skin City Toronto, I went for a wax session, which was an amazing experience. Natalie was very informative and professional. She uses good quality wax and there was no pain, I was amazed. Also the room was clean and inviting. I will definitely be re visiting. I highly recommend encourage anyone who wants a good products and service to visit Skin City Toronto 👍🏽
