Alyssum Cosmetic Clinic - North York in Toronto

Zero start! I had a very disappointing experience today. I originally contacted the clinic through Instagram regarding their winter promotion and asked to book an appointment. I was first offered a date that didn’t work for me due to my tight schedule, so I asked for alternative days. They provided another date at a different location, but never mentioned that the winter promotion would no longer apply. If that had been clearly communicated, I could have decided whether to proceed or not. When I arrived for my appointment and mentioned the winter promotion, instead of acknowledging the unclear communication, both the receptionist and the injector became defensive and spoke to me in a rude and irritated manner. I was repeatedly blamed and told that I “didn’t pay attention,” which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. What made this worse was that no one apologized, and there was no attempt to take responsibility for the lack of clarity. The overall attitude felt angry and dismissive rather than customer-focused. Unfortunately, this experience showed very poor customer service and communication. I expected much better professionalism from a medical/aesthetic clinic.

Strongly recommended. Fair pricing. Skilled, educated, and reliable injector. I was exhausted by scammy packages and low-quality injection clinics in Toronto. A friend recommended this place, and I’m glad I came. She is by far the best injector I’ve seen in the city. She analyzed my facial asymmetry without me saying a word and adjusted the dosage accordingly. No bruising. No need for a follow-up session. Results were clean and precise. I was hesitant to get filler and wanted to start with Dysport first, but I’ll definitely be back for both. Prices are excellent, and the service matches the quality.

I have been to Alyssum Cosmetic twice now and each time was a great experience. I always leave extremely happy with my results and receive so many compliments. The injector is very soft handed and does the filler very well. I will continue to go here for the great service and pricing.
