From Elsa at the front desk, to Dani’s excellent customer service skills, to McKenzie, my esthetician, whose hands are truly angelic, everything was exceptional. I highly recommend booking with McKenzie, and the overall experience was fantastic. I’m already committed to coming back!

It was a wonderful experience. All staffs were very helpful and warm. Both Dani and McKenzie were very knowledgable about the treatments and my skin requirements. They were extremely accommodating. The advanced skin scanning machine helped to realize my skin issues I didn’t know about. 💯 would come back again and recommend this place.

This was one of a kind experience. They really take your skin care very seriously. I was very impressed when they took time to check my skin and customize my facialAnd they were very precise with their findings. The aesthetician was very knowledgable and she exactly gave what I needed. This was my first time with them and thinking of switching from my 20 years aesthetician to serenity spa. Looking forward to new grade skin!

My facial was the real deal! Coming from a small rural town I had no idea a facial could include so many specialized machines. The facial scan was super interesting and reminded me of when Chiropractors do a scan to diagnose issues. The scan involved many different aspects that were educational. That is exactly what I wanted for a professional facial, not just slap some products on. The combination of the specialized equipment, the heated and massage bed plus the products made it something you can't DIY. The staff have gone to school unlike many budget places that slap product on. They were polite, hospitable and informative. Their real life examples show how effective their treatments are. An excellent choice to invest in your most viewed feature of your body! They help you boost your confidence with glowing skin.

It was an amazing experience with Jessi. She was great throughout the facial. First we did a skin analysis and she gave me some tips for my skin. She kept telling me each and every step and made sure I was comfortable. The interior and vibe of the spa is also super relaxing and beautiful. Would definitely recommend everyone to try this place.
