Anti Aging Medical and Laser Clinic in Vancouver

Good staff and decent range of products for the size, but disappointed to see they're now featuring AI artwork in a recent rebranding (confirmed by staff, not speculation). I find businesses that use these websites which rarely uphold copyright protection and exploits artists' work without compensation a sign of cost-cutting measures and a sign it does not respect the work of small artists and businesses. I won't be returning because of this and hope it will be replaced or removed. Reponse to Owner: I appreciate you taking the time to respond, unfortunately I find this response even more concerning. I would hope that an artist that is built such a great following in Vancouver (I love their previous works) would understand the ethical pitfalls of generative AI websites. Does the website tell you which art style and which artist you are replicating when creating a work of art? As for it being a paid website, I find that additionally concerning as it may mean that the website took other artists work without permission and without credit, allowed others to alter it without consent, and now are charging for this experience - do they pay every single artist included in their model? I am very curious to know the name of this website as I've not yet found one that truly supports artists. You also stated in your response that it is not a replacement for traditional artist, but earlier state "without entirely relying on graphic designers" - that does sound like an artist was replaced. I am surprised to hear that there is no one in the Kits or even Vancouver area that can create the vision you have in your store, as the website created that vision from stealing another artist's work. On a more personal note, it's also a bit disconcerting to have a clinic selling anti-aging using a fake image of a flawless "android" - I'd personally prefer to see photos of results, images of the products, or even photos of your staff since they keep your business together. I won't even get into the amount of energy generating a single image takes, not to mention the multiple reattempts to get the "right" image. I can't comment on what a person chooses to do in their personal time on these websites, but by including it in your promotional material it is now associated with both the store and artist. I held off on writing this review in the hopes that the images would come down following Black Friday, but as of December 10th they were still very visible in your store displays. However I do believe that you are earnest in your response, and I would highly encourage you to read up on the ethics of generative AI, and carefully read the terms and conditions to understand where they are sourcing their work from and who is getting paid for it. I live out of province, but I find your service is better than any local distributor. I have in Alberta. .I have always had great service when calling in for an order, I had an issue with an email address and I wasn’t able to use the online store when I called Jeremiah was so helpful. Got it fixed for the first time in two years. I finally have access to my account online. Not only was he patient with me and pleasant. He made the experience that I will never shop for my skin care products anywhere else. A huge shout out to Jeremiah and his customer service.

I was very disappointed by my experience at this store. The staff showed very little knowledge about the products they were selling and did not call over anyone more experienced to help answer my questions. After purchasing a sunscreen, I noticed within minutes that it wasn’t functioning properly — the powder wouldn’t dispense correctly. When I returned right away to ask for assistance, several employees began testing the product directly on their own skin in an attempt to make it work. This was not only unprofessional but also unhygienic. I will never use this on my face as it has touched other peoples skin. I am appalled. When I asked to exchange or return the product — which had already lost a significant amount of powder due to their handling — I was told no. While I understand that businesses have policies, the way this situation was handled reflected a lack of customer care and flexibility. It’s unfortunate that they chose to lose a potential long-term client over a single defective item, especially since I had been considering booking several treatments with them. Here is an image of what’s left inside within 5 minutes of buying this. Update: I called the office again after this happened and spoke to someone who contacted their manager regarding the issues above. They apologized, and provided me with a new sunscreen that I drove to pick up and dropped off the old one.

Doctor Frame is truly exceptional. His skill and artistry are unmatched. He has an incredible eye for detail and a masterful understanding of aesthetics. He knows exactly how to achieve the perfect result. On top of that, the entire clinic staff is so kind, welcoming, and attentive. It’s genuinely a magical experience every time I go. I can’t recommend Doctor Frame and his team highly enough! ♥️
