I had a rhinoplasty procedure done by Dr.B back in February of 2024. I am happy with my new nose for the most but think some things could have been communicated better. For starters I was given a sheet with the aftercare and not walked through it. The instructions were not clear if I was to start the saline rinses right away or after the cast came off. Turns out I started them early, which they said was okay. When paying close to 18k for a procedure you think someone would take the time to walk you through all the aftercare properly. It wasn’t mentioned to me until after the surgery that my nose bridge is now wider as a result of the surgery. This is one of the main things I am unhappy with. During my consultation the computer image did not should a wider nose bridge and Dr.B did not prepare me or take the time to explain this. Had he told me this in advance, I would have told him not to shave the bridge down as much. I am now considering getting filler in my nose bridge to correct it. Which is frustrating after spending so much money. Lastly, the clinic posted my photos to their social media without my consent. I only chose the option for in office photos. My pictures were online for a couple days before I realized and had them take them down. I was given an apology and told there was an administration error. I told them I expected to be compensated in some form or another. They eventually offered a free hydra facial to which I haven’t used yet. And I don’t think I will since I wasn’t satisfied with my results.

This clinic is fantastic! I've gotten fraxel laser resurfacing, laser hair removal, and most recently a lift flip and masseter botox done here all by different staff members and have had superb results with every treatment! Their prices are also super reasonable, and I have noticed little to no pain with every treatment but with excellent results that go beyond my expectations. I also appreciate that they take the time to thoroughly explain every treatment and will tell you upfront if something may not work for you or look good on you, along with better suited alternatives. I would feel confident getting any treatment done here, which is hard to find when it comes to cosmetic work. Highly recommend!

Wow, great results and no wait! I had been waiting over 12 months to see a dermatologists with no luck. I unfortunately have had a number of basil cell instances on my face over the last 5 years. I called 8west, explained my situation and was seen the following week. I had a thorough examination of my whole body, some immediate treatment and a recommendation to have DL-PDT with Metvix. Huge difference to my face. All the rough areas gone! I was a bit nervous but the staff were great. The costs for the exam were reasonable and well worth the trip! If you are waiting for any skin treatments, check them out!

Nurse Lisa Roberge is hands down the best injector I’ve ever been to. I moved to the island but still make the trip just to see her because she’s that amazing. She corrected poor work from other injectors and enhanced my features beautifully. Her eye for balance and detail is incredible, and she always makes me feel completely comfortable and confident. Since I started seeing Lisa two years ago, I’ve received so many compliments from friends and family. She’s simply the best!
