Recently got my eyebrows microbladed at 4D Clinic with Bita, and I am beyond happy with the results! Bita is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and truly values her clients. Her precision and care made the whole experience amazing. Highly recommend her work!

I've had tattoo removal sessions before but the experience I just had was miles above my expectations. From the front desk to the technician administering the treatment I felt well taken care of. They were warm, friendly, informative, and kept me involved in the process. We even made jokes - I would recommend anyone put this business at the top of their list for any of their services. I had the most amazing treatment at 4D ! Not only are the staff so friendly and thoughtful, but you can definitely feel the passion in their work. This place is oookay if you manage to get an appointment or actually make it inside the door. I tried for over a month to book a laser treatment at this clinic since I used to work in Edgemont Village and always thought the clinic looked clean and professional from the outside. My phone calls were never answered and email inquiries were never responded to. A full year later I tried again and managed to get an appointment. The actual treatment session with Dr Sepehr was decent, however he made multiple comments about how buying treatment packages instead of individual sessions was more financially beneficial and promoted their summer sales quite heavily during all of my appointments. Of course buying in bulk in most cases is more beneficial. But I personally don't love hearing about how I should be spending more money during my actual treatment session. However, since he did a good enough job of my treatment, I didn't mind that part of the experience. The issue is the front desk staff not responding to simple inquiries, not being able to book sessions in a timely manner or communicate with clients on the most basic level. I've done 3 sessions at this clinic and aside from the very first time I was able to book an appointment, each time afterwards has been incredibly disappointing and honestly a nightmare. Angela at the front desk tried to explain that the communication with booking appointments (or lack there of) is so poor because they are having issues with their email. I would think, after a year of experiencing the same difficulties, fixing any "email issues" should have been rectified during that time. Successfully carrying out very low level customer service tasks is something this clinic has not been able to achieve for over a year. Will not be returning.

Love my new eyebrows done by Bita! I had been thinking of getting them micro bladed for a while and so glad I found the 4D Skin Care Clinic and Bita. It was a very comfortable experience (I was just a bit nervous) and Bita showed me what she would do before starting. Also checking in as she worked so I knew what the brows were looking like. So happy….Thank you!!!
