I just had such a wonderful experience at PRP! I did Botox and HIFU, and everything was honestly perfect. P’karn and p’Wi were incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole process. The injector explained every step clearly, made me feel super comfortable, and the results already look amazing. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about their clients. I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely be coming back! (and I’m from Montreal)!!!

I had PRP treatments on both of my arthritic hips with Dr. Patrick Yam at PRP Medical Aesthetics, and I am extremely grateful for the care I received. I had an amazing experience here. After trying PRP at another clinic, I can confidently say this place is on a completely different level. They use a proper double-spin system, check platelet concentration, and really take the time to explain everything. My scalp feels healthier, less irritation, and I’m already seeing early improvement in hair strength and density. The staff is professional, honest, and genuinely cares about results. We were so lucky to find Dr. Patrick Yam and this clinic! We desperately needed an effective, non-surgical treatment for my teen son’s meniscus tear. After a lot of research, we learned that for PRP to be effective in a large joint like the knee, you need a very high platelet concentration. But no other clinics in the area offered double-spin, high-concentration PRP. We were delightfully surprised when Dr. Patrick literally ran out of the room when they started drawing my son’s blood just to check the platelet ratio and calculate how much blood to draw to reach over 10 billion platelets! I’ve never heard of any other clinic that takes that kind of care to ensure the right platelet count for each patient. They also spend hours preparing the PRP because they double-spin it to create a more concentrated solution. Most clinics finish PRP appointments in 20–30 minutes, but Dr. Patrick spends more than two hours with each patient. In the end, my son’s injection contained about 15 billion platelets and his knee pain was gone within a month! What stood out the most, beyond all the science and precision, was how much Dr. Patrick truly cares about his patients. He genuinely wanted to help my son, and that touched my heart. I’ve heard people fly from across Canada and even overseas to see him. We feel so lucky that his clinic is right here in Metro Vancouver.
