Oma Chiropractic & Wellness in Toronto

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mishka Thomson at OMA Chiropractic and Wellness for several years now, and she is truly exceptional. She’s incredibly caring and has helped me immensely, especially during moments of acute pain when I needed immediate relief. She always takes the time to listen, explain what’s happening, and ensure I feel supported. Beyond being an outstanding chiropractor, she’s an absolute joy to be around, and I always leave feeling better both physically and mentally. She’s awesome. The environment at OMA is warm, welcoming, and bright. The care I’ve received from the practitioners there, including founder Dr. Adrienne McRuvie, has genuinely improved my life. My husband is also a regular at OMA, and they’ve helped him immensely with various issues. Highly recommend!

I am blown away with how Dr. Adrienne was able to work with my 3 year old. He is shy and usually will not want anyone he doesn't know to be close to him. But Adrienne is amazing with kids - so playful and attuned. My son let her give him a treatment and the shift was immediate. When we left, he joyfully waved and said "See you soon!"

Dr Adrienne has been treating our family since I was pregnant with my eldest.13 years ago. She has created a wonderful welcoming space for a community of wellness professionals where we feel immediately at home when we walk in the door. My children intuitively know when their bodies need a little bit of help from Dr Adrienne’s magic hands to get back into alignment. During my pregnancy she helped address some leg pain I was experiencing while caring for me as a mom-to-be and ensuring my body was in alignment and ready for labour. She cared for my babies, whenever they were having trouble sleeping, pooping, and as they started walking if they had a fall or a bump, she was our first port of call. She continues to support our whole family’s bodies in their various life stages. I am in awe of how she can “read” our bodies and often understands what’s going on before we tell her. I strongly recommend Dr Adrienne and her team of wellness professionals at Oma to anyone seeking some extra support for their bodies and minds.

Sonja is absolutely amazing! Not only is she sweet and truly invested in how her clients are personally, she's also great at applying and providing solutions on how to live a healthier life. I've seen progress since visiting her and know it will only get better from here. I highly recommend visiting her if you're in need of any chiropractic work.

I've had a wonderful experience at Oma! Dr Adrienne has been fantastic treating myself and now my two daughters. I started working with her to help flip my breech baby, and to help with back pain. Within two weeks the baby was in optimal position and back pain had improved drastically. She is very caring and nurturing, which has been so calming during an emotional time. I would highly recommend the clinic!
