The space is clean and relaxing, and the service was customized perfectly for my skin type. I appreciated how thorough and informative Olivera has been without being pushy. If there was an option to give more than 5 stars I would. I have been coming here since I was an early teenager (about 30 years) and they are my ride or die when it comes to hair. Even when I moved to other provinces, I would always come back for Enza to do my hair. I've had long hair, short hair, have gone dark brown (not my best phase) and blond hair, and they've seen me through it all. Enza and the team know exactly what's current and trendy, but also nail a classic look. This is the kind of salon that you can call home (they are also SUPER friendly) and you'll judge other stylists against.

The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine warmth they bring to their work truly sets them apart. Olenza Beauty Loft is the best hair salon in the GTA! The owners are the most caring, understanding, & experienced people in the hair industry. As a curly girl, I never found a salon that knew how to cut my hair correctly - ever since going to Enza, I never trusted anyone with my hair ever again. She is truly amazing at what she does & a beautiful human being inside & out. Every staff member is so sweet, they make you feel right at home. I recommend everyone to go to Olenza!!

I went to this salon on the day of my graduation for a haircut, full hair color, eyebrow threading, and a treatment for my frizzy hair. I specifically mentioned that I wanted the hair treatment because of my frizzy hair. I got a layered haircut and was really happy with how it looked when they styled it at the salon. However, after washing my hair at home, it became frizzy again and there are practically no visible layers at all. The haircut now feels uneven and looks nothing like it did when I left the salon. It’s really disappointing — especially since the main reason I went for the treatment and the cut was to manage my frizz and get a nice layered look. While the eyebrows were done very well, I’m extremely unhappy with the hair results. I paid nearly $400 including tip, expecting premium-quality service and long-lasting results. I don’t mind paying a higher price for great work, but unfortunately, this experience didn’t deliver that.
