NewM Clinic - Skin Lesions Removal and IV Therapy Services in Toronto

The staff at the clinic were friendly, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding a recent policy change. When I first booked, follow-up treatments were included at no additional cost, which made me feel confident in the service and results. However, they changed this policy without notifying existing clients, and I only found out during my second visit that I would now have to pay. I specifically scheduled the follow-up within the one-month window to take advantage of what was previously offered. It felt like a waste of time and poor customer service by not informing clients in advance and it makes it difficult to plan or budget properly. Very disappointing.

Payed 50$ to reserve a appointment for 12:15, the nurse ivan at Scarborough location she showed up at 1:30, the appointment lasted 5 minutes, I drove down from barrie so I wasted a few hours, add the 50$ for the appointment, for me it’s just the principal of having a set time and meeting it, I made sure to include traffic in my travel so why couldn’t you’re nurse? Very unprofessional. I suggest you reconsider youre decision if you want to visit this clinic and if you do make sure you know exactly how this clinic is ran.

Unpleasant Experience at NewM Clinic - Unfulfilled Commitment I recently had a rather disappointing experience at NewM Clinic during my skin tag removal appointment with Ms. Stephanie Szymanski. I want to share my encounter as it left me feeling unsatisfied and disheartened with the level of professionalism at the clinic. Upon my first consultation, the receptionist guided me to Ms. Stephanie for an examination. She identified two major skin tags and three minor ones that required removal. Ms. Stephanie suggested a fee of $150 with local anesthesia and assured me that she would remove two skin tags during the initial session. Additionally, she committed to removing the remaining tags for free during the follow-up appointment. Despite multiple confirmation calls from the clinic for my follow-up appointment, the situation took an unexpected turn. Upon arriving and taking half a day off from work, Ms. Stephanie rudely informed me that there was no need for a follow-up and blatantly denied the previously agreed-upon commitment of free removal for the remaining skin tags. Her abrupt and disrespectful demeanor was both shocking and disappointing. I attempted to address the situation calmly, reminding Ms. Stephanie of her initial commitment, but she refused to honor it and insisted on my departure from the clinic. This left me feeling disrespected, frustrated, and without the resolution I had been promised. I believe it's essential to share such experiences, as honesty and transparency are crucial when it comes to choosing a healthcare provider. My expectations were not met, and I hope that others considering services at NewM Clinic will be aware of the potential for unfulfilled commitments and unprofessional behavior. I encourage the clinic to review its customer service practices and ensure that commitments made during consultations are honored. Patients deserve a respectful and considerate experience, especially when it involves their health and well-being.

Just left my follow up appointment at the Scarborough location. The nurse Stephanie treated me for skin tag removal many on my eye lids or very close to my eye. Let me say Stephanie has the hands of a surgeon. She zapped 30+ skin tags from my face and I couldn’t be happier. She was so professional and helped me relax. The dermatologist I had 2 years earlier wouldn’t treat the ones he said were too close to my eye. She got them all. Thank you so much Stephanie and the rest of the staff for a wonderful experience and also great value. Price was the best I found also. ❤️❤️

I recently visited the NewM clinic to get a mole checked out that was causing concern. Anticipating a trip to the doctor would be a prolonged and slow process that would only cause more anxiety, I was referred to the NewM clinic by a friend and after a quick phone call I was immediately booked in to see a nurse- Stephanie Szymanski. She looked at the mole, determined it was suspicious enough for removal, and sent it off for biopsy on the spot. She was so kind and charismatic my nerves completely melted away. More importantly, she was knowledgeable and was able to communicate with me exactly what to expect and what my next steps would look like once my results came in. After being frozen I literally felt nothing, something I was dreading the most. It has been two days since my mole was removed and I have barely felt a sting from the incision location, a testament to her skill. I hope this review can serve as motivation for anyone on the fence about getting something on their skin checked out by a professional, regardless of how uncomfortable or nervous it might make them, and to go see Stephanie to ensure a painless and professional experience.
