Mirage Electrolysis in Toronto

I have been going to mirage for a year and a half and I cannot be happier with my results! Melinda is not only meticulous but also warm and welcoming. I’m so happy I did electrolysis it has really boosted my confidence and my only regret is not doing it sooner!

I wanna give the place a good review because the tech I was seeing was really nice to me, she was sweet. However, it is none of my business but I wouldve appreciated a heads up in advance if she planned to drop me as a client from one day to another ...she gave me the number for the other two people that work here but nobody ever responds to anything. As feedback, I think this behaviour is not proffesional. I was always respectful and adjusted to needed times, I was on time too for appointments. I am not entitled for a response but I'd appreciate at least a "no we can't take you as a client right now again" instead of just leaving me on seen :) I gave my business to this place, I deserve at least a "NO" as a response. Not letting me know I was not going to be able continue my treatment without proper heads up n follow up was not the best attitude either. I'd understand if you're all booked but the customer service experience and common decency is lacking.

Melinda is a skilled technician and able to target the hair follicles quickly and with ease. I had no pitting or scarring or anything like that after being treated by her. Her space is clean and welcoming. She’s also a nice energy to be around. She’s realistic about timelines for progress depending on what areas you’re getting treated.
