Mind Body Flow Yorkville - Registered Massage Therapy in Toronto

I’ve been going here for over a year and have been seeing Celina from the beginning. I have nothing but good things to say about Mind Body Flow, and in particular about Celina’s exceptional customer service and mastery in her work. I come out of every session with her feeling so much lighter and better, and I’m very grateful for her care and attentiveness towards my needs. I also wanted to give a special shoutout to Adriana, whom I have also seen a few times - another great massage therapist. You would be in good hands with either one! Mind Body flow is the best spa in Yorkville - hands down!!! The staff at the front desk is always so friendly, and every practitioner is kind, knowledgeable and professional!!! I love coming here for massage. Over the last few months I have been coming to Ashley for Lymphatic Drainage and Holistic facials. She's truly the best!!!! She is so knowledgable and an expert at her craft. She always explains what she's doing and the results after my treatments with her are so apparent. I always feel so amazing and it's truly a 10/10 experience. Amazing customer experience, amazing services. Coming here regularly is part of my self care routine!!! I highly highly recommend!!!!

I recently had a massage session here, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I specifically mentioned that I wanted a full-body massage, but the therapist (Evelyn) mainly focused on my back and rushed through the rest of the body. She kept jumping from one muscle group to another without any flow, and most of the time it felt like she was just rubbing the skin rather than giving a proper massage. The leg massage was barely done — just a quick stretch, a bit of oil, then wiped off. I also felt quite uncomfortable at times, as the pressure and technique made me worry about my bones getting hurt. Overall, it didn’t feel relaxing or professional, especially considering the expectations for a proper massage session.

Mind body flow is the best!!!! everyone there is awesome! Celina is my go to for all my treatments and she is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Acupuncture with her has changed my quality of life, especially with sleep and her massage treatments are equally as helpful. My physical and mental health is so much better as a result of Celina’s treatments and her deep knowledge of the human body and various treatments methods. Justin the manager is also great and always shows me great customer experience! i recommend them any day anytime!!!!

Truly an amazing, relaxing and restoring experience at Mind Body Flow. Special thanks to Adriana for the incredible massage, pain relief and connection. I have carpal tunnel and back discomfort - from years as a florist and gardener. Adriana provided special care and attention where I needed it, introduced me hot quartz therapy and the benefits of cupping - as well she shared immense knowledge in healing and natural pain remedies.
