I've been a client of Mel's for a few years and have experienced a number of the treatments she offers. I can say without a doubt it's the best my skin has ever looked - its easily taken 8-10 years off! The sun damage and fine lines have all but disappeared and everything looks natural and fresh. Mel is highly knowledgeable, providing clear explanations about any procedures and treatments without pressure to add-on or do any I'm not comfortable with. She provides and honest opinion about what extra products would be helpful and which ones not to bother with. Mel has always been on time, very professional and patient. I’m always happy with Mel’s work she really knows everything! From filler to Botox to hydra facial I really trust her to know what’s best and also not to let me overdo it. She is so knowledgeable and explains everything in a way I will understand why this or that is the right option. I've seen Melanie twice and plan to see her again. She's very professional and honest, and most importantly highly experienced as a nurse. Her medical experience reaches beyond aesthetics, which IMHO explains why she does not "push" services or products, but instead provides impartial advice and is attentive to your needs.
