I booked a consultation in June, arrived to my appointment and was greeted by the administrator, she immediately asked if I was having lip filler, I said no that I was here for a consultation that I didn’t know what I needed or wanted. This was my first time getting anything done. I was escorted to a room after filling out paperwork. I was met by my clinician and the consultation was brief I explained that I was new to this and asked her her opinion, she said Botox. We talked price and I agreed on having my forehead lines taken care of. She left the room and the young administrator came back and asked again if I was getting filler again, I said no I’m getting Botox. The clinician came back and I went over what we were doing again so there was no confusion on cost or treatment to be received. We proceeded with my treatment. When finished there was no explanation of things to do or not do after the treatment, no talk of follow up appointments incase I was not satisfied. I paid and left. About 2 weeks and my face looked more angry then when I had come in. Thinking that I was stuck this way I did not reach out to them instead I called another clinic and was taken care of by them.
