I saw Charmaine Kong for an astrology reading as part of a special pop up event. The session was gifted to me by a friend. I didn’t find the session to be very helpful. I expressed to Charmaine a few days in advance that I wanted to cover some specific branches of astrology, and she refused to cover them. I was surprised, since it’s her speciality, that she had no interest in expanding her practice or leaning about these common and emerging branches of astrology. It was strange to me to see the lack of curiosity. I was able to get a much more in depth understanding of my astrological components and impacts from using AI tools. It also felt like Charmaine was trying to rush the session. Overall I would not recommend for astrological readings.

I have been coming to Lite Mind Body pre-pandemic and love it. Staff are always so lovely and understanding and the treatments are divine! The space is so peaceful. I highly recommend: Sean Fernandez - get stretch therapy because he will FIX you! Gabrielle G - Beautiful massages that are healing Mark W - deep tissue massages if you like hard pressure and to feel rearranged! Frank Q - a wonderful and powerful energy healer, I go to him whenever I need a tune up or reconnect Sachiyo - also provides beautiful energy healing The self-care club is the best deal you can get!!

I had an absolutely amazing Deep Tissue massage with Sean. He was super professional and did wonders on my back. He didn't use a ton of pressure but with his technique, it definitely felt like enough. I also really liked the clinic overall (clean and nicely decorated), and the room was very zen I will be back!

Surreal as usual..every time it's an amazing experience...just came out of the infrared sauna 😍 I fell amazing..highly recommend it..and the environment it's so cossy I just fell like bringing my own bed and cudle up there with a good book and a cup of chocolate ..i had a lymphatic drainage massage with Gabrielle after sauna and my experience was amaizing. ,,very intuitive she just new what my body need it at all times and I found myself falling asleep in a matter of seconds...definitely coming back again and hope I can book with her again soon..ill give it 6 starts if I could.🥰

WOW - just had the most amazing acupuncture treatment by Queenie. She is fantastic! It was so relaxing and she was attentive, knowledgeable and super gentle with the acupuncture. I’ve tried it in the past elsewhere but this was by far the most relaxing experience! The place is beautifully decorated and so serene, in a great location with tons of great shops and restaurants around. I will def be back for regular treatment with Queenie. Highly recommend!!
