Anjali took such good care of me this year between January - July as I recovered from a wrist fracture. She took the time to educate me on what was happening through each stage of my recovery and advised on helpful exercises and additional activities I could try after each visit. I always felt so much better and had increased movement after receiving treatment from Anjali and the team each time. Anjali is a great professional physiotherapist and also she's so kind and warm it felt like visiting a friend each week. Thank you so much for your help through my recovery!

I’ve been seeing Leenesh, Theo and the team since June after dislocating my knee in a sports injury, and the care has been outstanding. I went from not being able to bear any weight on it to a full return of my physical activities while I’m on the wait list for surgery. From day one, Theo and Leenesh have been knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, designing a rehab program that’s helped me regain strength and the mental confidence too. The entire staff at this location is professional, welcoming, and focused on making sure every session is tailored and effective. I know I’ll be back here for post-op rehab when the time comes. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Nidhi Shah for over 5 months in the downtown Ottawa location. I find her to be positively, encouraging and patient with me. She treated me with respect and worked wonders on my hand. I recommend highly and even though I felt down sometimes because I was anxious to see progress she encouraged me to hang in there.

My physiotherapist, Angi, and her team are excellent.She has helped me many times with extreme pain and stiffness. I am very thankful to her. The centre has two, very professional medical recipients, Alex and Esther. They have been always nice and patient. I wish them the best. Highly recommendable place to go for Physio.

This is my second time getting treated at this establishment. Both times I was nothing but impressed with the treatment plan and how willing they were to help with my financial situation. About 3 years ago I came to the clinic sceptical but in desperate need of help. At this point I had gone to 5 different physiotherapy clinics both in and outside of Ottawa and was horribly disappointed after every visit as they not only weren't helping, but I was always in more pain following the appointments. When I started going to Pro Physio 3 years ago I was an OHIP assisted patient (meaning I had no private coverage nor the ability to pay out of pocket) and while they were limited to the one area for treatment and one visit a week (OHIP only covers one area and a limited amount of visits) the staff were very helpful and effective. They made sure I was healing properly while teaching a wide variety of things I could do on my own to help the healing and strengthening process. Now I have returned to the clinic having received an invasive shoulder stabilization surgery. I have now been seeing Alex on a weekly basis for over 2 months. She is very friendly and professional. She has made such an incredible difference in my healing process and while the sessions tend to cause a fair bit of discomfort (as is to be expected recovering from shoulder surgery) I am always happy to go and leave feeling ten times better than when I walked in. Aside from Alex, there is a full staff of highly qualified, friendly individuals who seem to genuinely want to help in your treatment and make sure you enjoy your visit. I recommend this clinic and specifically Alex for anyone who is in need of treatment. They are very accommodating and after years of frustration trying to find someone who could help, they have never disappointed.
