I had such an amazing experience here with my acne scar treatment. I’ve had concerns with a few facial acne scars for sometime and have gone to several clinics that didn’t treat my problem areas as effectively as Infinium did. Now, I can feel and see my complexion is a lot clearer and my scars have greatly diminished. Adam was great at listening to my concerns, creating a suitable treatment plan and explaining the treatment plan / specific treatments in depth. Alison was also great while performing the treatments, making sure I was not uncomfortable, walking me through each step of the treatment plan and answering any questions I had. Overall, the welcoming and caring staff & environment at Infinium definitely contributes to the excellent experience I had here, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is seeking professional cosmetic advice from those who truly listen and care.

I have been seeing nice results in my skin improvement journey. I appreciate the front staff who are always so kind, polite, and professional. They always greet you in and see you out for each visit. Their hospitality glows. The clinic is accommodating of your needs and the practitioner will communicate with you during procedures to ensure comfort. I have also established a trusting patient-care relation with the nurse who performs my procedures. They also invite invite me to contact the clinic or the nurse if I have concerns or questions following a procedure. An element I appreciate immensely is the explanation of the procedures, techniques, and the machines used before the treatment. This includes what the treatment consists of and what to expect. This puts me at ease and ensures me that the practitioner knows what they are doing. I look forward to continuing my treatment plan. Overall quite good experience.
