Sim is truly exceptional at what she does. She is incredibly thorough while still being impressively efficient, which is such a rare combination. Her technical skill is outstanding, but what really sets her apart is her intuition. Even when you’re experiencing discomfort, she knows exactly what to do and handles everything with such precision and care. She is gentle, attentive, and deeply professional. I always request Sim for my appointments because I trust her completely. The entire clinic has a wonderful team and great atmosphere, but Sim is absolutely my favorite. Beyond her expertise, she is also one of the most engaging people you will meet. Intelligent, driven, ambitious, and inspiring, she can hold a thoughtful conversation about almost anything. It is always such a pleasure being around her. If you ever have the opportunity to book with Sim, consider yourself lucky. She is simply the best.

I’ve had such a great experience at GoLaser, especially with my technician Mojir. She makes me feel so comfortable and heard, and she’s incredibly friendly — the time honestly flies when you’re talking to her, even during the painful parts. She adjusts the settings based on your pain tolerance and always checks in, which I really appreciate. The clinic is very clean and organized as well. I’ve only had two sessions so far, but I’m already seeing amazing results — my hair is growing back much slower and thinner. Highly recommend!
