If I could give more than five stars to Foxy Box Mount Pleasant, I absolutely would. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun — which is something I never thought I’d say about a waxing appointment. The space is spotless, stylish, and surprisingly calming, and the team goes above and beyond to make the whole experience feel effortless. I have to give a special shoutout to Dana, who is truly a superstar. She’s professional, incredibly skilled, and has that perfect mix of friendliness and confidence that instantly puts you at ease. Her technique is fast, precise, and somehow makes even the spiciest services feel totally manageable. She explains everything clearly, checks in often, and you always leave feeling taken care of and looking flawless. Every visit feels like catching up with a friend who happens to be an absolute expert at what she does. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it — Foxy Box Mount Pleasant (and especially Dana) is the place to go. Could not recommend it more.

If you want those hairs GONE forever, this is the place to be! I've been working on my hair removal goals off-and-on for over a decade, and with Foxy Box the end is finally in sight. Throughout the years I've experienced different machines. Back in the day they would have you apply EMLA numbing cream and wrap it in Saran wrap for an hour, and still the zaps would be quite intense! Even at Foxy Box I've tried their Vectus, and InMode. Much better than 10 yrs ago and no need for numbing but still a tad spicy especially at the higher settings when you're hunting down those last stubborn bits of hair, and/or in a sensitive area. Foxy Box's newest machine I think named Clarity is once again a huge improvement over the others. It puffs cool air with each zap - not a gimmick, it really helps! And since it is a lot more comfortable, I can tolerate higher settings. Let's talk about the staff: My technician Luisa is great, super gentle with the machines and moving your body around, and finding the just right settings -cranked up for maximum reduction yet still manageable and I'm not grinding my teeth in pain. There is also the front desk person who has a lovely colourful long bob (unfortunately I forgot their name!) who is super friendly and always looks out for the best deals for me since I come so often. I went from 2x weekly maintenance shaves to honestly forgetting to shave for weeks. My partner is also seeing great results! We're both big fans of Foxy Box!

The entire team is always so professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming — they make every visit a great experience. If I could give more than five stars I would! Danielle has been my go-to for all of my recent appointments, and she’s absolutely amazing. She’s warm, attentive, and makes me feel completely comfortable every time. I truly look forward to my visits with her! I can’t recommend Foxy Box Mt. Pleasant enough — they always go above and beyond.
