I’ve been going to Jojo for nearly 10 years! Over the years, I’ve tried other lash artists when Jojo wasn’t available, and I can confidently say no one compares. Her lashes last beautifully, the value is unmatched, and the quality is consistently amazing. She’s also incredibly fast without ever compromising on results. She creates such a calm, relaxing space that every appointment feels like a little reset, and I always leave feeling my best. I genuinely look forward to seeing her every time and wouldn’t trust my lashes with anyone else.

I recently had my brow and touch up done with Jojo, and am very happy with the whole experience. This was my third foray into permanent makeup and by far the best one. Jojo is extremely professional yet sweet at the same time. At the time of booking, she provided prompt communications and reminders over text messaging including detailed parking instructions. During the session there was a lot of attention to detail, and I didn't feel rushed at all deciding on the shape and color at any point. A touch up visit was included and she spent just as much time and attention at this second visit. The studio has a calming ambience and located in an easily accessible area. I will be going back to get my touch ups in the future.

Lani did an amazing job on my lash lift + tint and even gave me a birthday discount. She is super sweet and easy to chat with, the appointment flew by!! She got me in on my lunch break with ample time to get back to work on time. Super convenient location to VGH (work). Will be back to do my lash lift again when these wear off! They look awesome though :)

Been seeing Jojo for 7 years for lashes and she never disappoints. She is experienced, fast, efficient, and gives me a full set of volume lashes (under an hour) that lasts for 4 weeks before needing refills. Her clinic is clean and organized. A wonderful experience every time.

Knowledgable, high quality and amazing service. Lani is my new go to lash artist! Having just moved from Melbourne to Vancouver, I was anxious to find a new lash artist that I could trust after having poor experiences from other lash artists in the past. I was referred to Lani by my sister and I could not be more happy that I found her! She is highly knowledgeable with her work, walking me through the process and most importantly, educating me on the aftercare. She takes her time and always ensures I am happy with the result before I leave. I always get compliments and questions on my lashes and most importantly, my lash retention is amazing! I highly recommend seeing Lani for all your lash needs!
