Just had my platinum hydrafacial experience at ERT Mississauga and it was nothing short of amazing. Cristine is extremely friendly, and knowledgeable and gives you an analysis of your skin and how to help improve it. She answers all your questions you have, all while making you feel calm and relaxed. This is a gem of a place and I’ll Recommend it to anyone.

Went first time on Sunday for hydra facial and for Botox after reading great reviews online. When I left the place , my eyes were burning and hurting me so much that I have never experienced in my life anything like it and I had many hydra facials before so this is not normal . I have been told in price of hydra facial will be including extraction and red light however none of those things were done ! Now regarding Botox . I want to mention that I always would go to a doctor , however lady and stuff reassured me that this nurse has been doing it for 20 years and she is teaching other people to do it, so I said sure let’s do it . After treatment I had big lumps three days later still 4 days later I do have pain and lumps . Staff hasn’t had decency to follow up with me either after my visit on Tuesday . Today it’s Thursday. And no , this is not normal how they told me at their place , you can read online that it’s very very unusual to have lumps and pain and I can also confirm that it’s not normal as I have never ever had pain after having Botox and never had lamps and I had around ten times at least Botox . Everyone can say that Botox wasn’t done professionally. Also nurse pretended that she don’t even see lumps on my forehead ( that was very funny and unprofessional) after I went back to check my lumps on Tuesday. So I contacted lady who is at main desk and told her about all my concerns and went in on Tuesday to talk about my issues that I described above . They acted all it’s normal but what is horrible that they didn’t have decency to offer me complimentary treatment or any product at all after all pains I had and still having with my face . I did send 2 emails again 2 days after visiting them for check up , asking if they are willing To offer me anything complimentary and they ignored it . No answer from them or trying to find resolutions so if response under this email by them will be to contact them to resolve it , I want to make it clear to everyone who is reading it , that I did go back and did send numerous emails however manager ( owner) from this place didn’t offer me nothing nothing at all to resolve this issue. So nothing was done on their part at all ! Spending almost thousand dollars and to have pain in the eyes and lumps that are still painful on top of eyebrows just unacceptable ! Yes place is nice , yes people working here seems nice but no results , very expensive and they don’t want to be responsible for anything if will happen with you . I would stay away form this place , I was treated horribly after , I had horrible pains in my eyes after facial and after Botox and on top of it they misled me about what will be included in hydra facial. And most importantly they even didn’t have decency to offer me something complimentary for the all Issues I have had with them ! Stay away from this place if you don’t want to have any issues with your health , They won’t take any responsibility and will ignore you after and you will be on your own with health issues . I was naive thought because they speak so nicely it’s a good place . It’s not !

Professional & Elegant Atmosphere. It was my first time coming here today, I did laser hair removal, a Hydrafacial, and Botox. The client care is quite detailed and the staff are amazing. The clinic is also very polished and warm.

I did the Thermage/ultherapy combination treatment in ERT today. Great experience and services, not too much pain. The nurse was so experienced and staffs are nice. ERT truly the premium destination for best treatment experience.

Most professional cosmetic clinic in town.Facilities and all beauth devices are all FDA approved.I've did a treatment of Emsculpt and the result are very effective.
