I had a lower lid blepharoplasty with skin pinch with Dr. Babak Maleki about a year ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Dr. Maleki was incredibly thorough, patient, and genuinely walked me through every step of the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before moving forward. My experience at the Toronto Eye Surgery Center was excellent, even though I did not require surgery. My concern was vision due to my droopy eyelids. After careful examination, Dr. Maleki recommended not proceeding with the surgery, and I tried new eye drops that had recently become available. These drops helped with my dry eye condition, with noticeable results after 1 month. My vision has improved after one month's use. I must thank them for taking the time to assess my condition properly and for not having to undergo surgery.

I have had the most amazing transformation thanks to Dr. Maleki! I recently had lower lid blepharoplasty, fat transfer and CO2 laser for extremely dark circles and undereye bags which only became worse with age. My dark circles and undereye bags are largely genetic and even as a child I had them. In 2018 I decided to get undereye filler to help lessen their appearance. I continued getting filler for seven years but wanted a more permanent solution as I got older. I also noticed that the filler just didn’t seem to work as well as I aged. I did a lot of research to find the best oculoplastic surgeon and my research kept bringing me back to Dr. Maleki (and honestly the before and after pictures speak for themselves!). I had a very thorough consultation with Dr. Maleki and immediately felt comfortable with him and his team. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was very nervous before the surgery especially because I knew I would be awake during the procedure but I honestly didn’t feel a thing and I was given sedation which calmed me down completely. Also, the nurses were so lovely and reassuring to me during surgery and Dr. Maleki talked to me so calmly throughout the entire procedure which helped me so much. The healing was relatively easy and the hardest part was trying to alleviate the boredom for about 7-10 days as you need to keep your eyes closed as much as possible to facilitate healing (prepare to listen to a lot of podcasts!). I am beyond thrilled with my results! I no longer need undereye concealer or to hide behind heavy glasses! My family and friends are also amazed with my results! Also, Dr. Maleki and his team have been fantastic working with me to make some minor tweaks post surgery. I cannot recommend and thank Dr. Maleki and his team enough!! Worth every penny! Special thanks also to the amazing front desk staff and nurses! Everyone has been so wonderful to me and it’s been a life changing experience for me!

I had the greatest experience with Dr. Maleki and his entire team. In December of last year, I had a lower lid blepharoplasty, a fat transfer, and he also dissolved all of my filler. For years, I had been chasing my under-eye hollows with filler, but it always left me looking puffy and overfilled in my cheeks. Dr. Maleki’s expertise, precision, and kindness completely changed that for me. From the moment I was referred to him by my clinic at home, I knew I was in the best hands. Seeing his work gave me full confidence in my choice, and the results speak for themselves. I feel so much more confident, refreshed, and no longer look tired.
