Don’t look any further - Dr. Dadgostar is your gal! She is an amazing surgeon and an even better person. She provides truly patient-centred care, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. I chose Dr. Dadgostar for my septorhinoplasty after having multiple consultations with other surgeons. What set her apart was her patience in answering every question - nothing was ever dismissed or brushed over. I felt completely confident going into surgery knowing I was in great hands. I experienced a few complications post-surgery with the anesthetic, and Dr. Dadgostar personally followed up with phone calls to make sure I was stable and recovering well. I called to ask details about the booking process for a septorhinoplasty. Due to chronic illness, work and caregiving responsibilities, this would involve a significant amount of planning for me to accommodate surgery and recovery. My questions were dismissed and the call ended abruptly. Patients who need detailed information or careful planning may find this approach discouraging and feel unsupported.

The results Dr. Dadgostar achieved on my rhinoplasty are spectacular. I look exactly like myself, but elevated. Everything back in balance, yet much of the human uniqueness still in tact. Even my closest family can’t tell I had something done, yet will comment on how great I look. The dream. Her energy is also very calm and confident, which made for a great surgery experience.

Came for a cosmetic dorsal hump removal rhinoplasty with Dr. Dadgostar. She was able to work with my budget and give me the desired appearance. I was surprised my breathing also improved despite that not being the reason I got the procedure. Definitely a positive experience overall. Highly recommend!

Awful experience. PCC apparently doesn't call you to book surgery (they email instead... I've worked in healthcare for 10 years and know this is BAD practice for obvious reasons) but don't tell you this so obviously their email goes to the junk/spam mailbox. Dr. Anali knew my husband had sleep apnea prior to surgery and we didn't receive an email about obtaining oxygen until 2 days before (1 day before he had to leave to get down to Richmond from where we lived). We live in a remote town so we were scrambling. To top it off, the fact he had sleep apnea was not communicated with the anesthesiologist and his sleep study was not in his records! My husband told him right before surgery and he was shocked to have no been told (rightfully so). My husband was not assessed/visited by Dr. Anali after surgery and before his discharge. Also, he was not sent with any pain medications or antibiotics for the trip home (which is a whole day trek). So disappointed. Would never recommend this clinic. Very unprofessional. Lots of errors that could have easily been avoided by just best practice.
