I have been coming here for years to see Dr. Hanna. I have struggled with my skin for most of life but finally feel comfortable in my own skin thanks to Dr. Hanna’s expertise. I look forward to coming here for appointments and feel welcomed like family from the second you arrive. A big component of why my skin has transformed is thanks to Amy Richard who has helped me make acne scars, brown spots, and texture a thing of my past, not present. Amy is extremely knowledgeable with her craft, always treats my skin based on my concerns and I leave feeling like we have accomplished the task at hand. I have been to other clinics for laser and skincare treatments and never had any real results. I trust Dr. Hanna and his team completely and the results after being under their care, speak for themselves.

I do not understand the negative reviews. I was visiting end of September with some reservations.. Contrary to some reviews, there is a nice waiting area with lot of capacity. Very clean and nice. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. After waiting 5 Min and was called to a room upstairs and after another 5 Min. I was seen by Dr. Hanna. Very nice and very competent. Very positive experience!

REPLY TO CLINIC COMMENT INCLUDE IN EDIT AT BOTTOM I get better care at my local spa… I have been waiting for an appointment for 9 months. I suffer from various skin conditions and allergies… Unlike most, I did not experience a long wait time before my appointment. I was ushered up the stairs and told to go into a waiting room which was occupied… A few minutes later, the Dr and patient exited the room. I was then aggressively told by an employee to go into the little room…In this room, I saw used needles and a few bloody tissues; obviously, no one was coming to clean the room… I ended up leaning on the windowsill for the whole 10-minute appointment. The doctor did not once “look” at my skin in a professional manner; and I do not believe that my conditions were thoroughly examined. He was too busy planning a golf trip with his buddies. I was simply given a few very pricey creams and sent on my way. Disappointed to say the least. Reply to the office: Thank you for your response. While I appreciate your efforts to clarify Dr. Hanna’s schedule and intentions, I believe this exchange underscores a deeper issue: the nature of the patient experience in a high-throughput clinic setting. Though multiple concerns may have been noted in my chart, I respectfully stand by my experience — that the appointment felt rushed and transactional, with limited opportunity for meaningful discussion or examination. It's difficult to imagine how any physician, no matter how skilled, could provide truly thoughtful and comprehensive care within such a compressed timeframe. This environment felt less like a personalized medical consultation and more like a production line, which I found both disappointing and concerning. As for the details in my review, please understand they were a reflection of how the visit felt from a patient’s perspective — not an attempt to malign anyone personally. My aim was simply to share an honest account in hopes of encouraging more patient-centered care. I do appreciate your well wishes and likewise hope your clinic continues to reflect on how patient experiences can be improved — not only in clinical outcomes but in the quality of the interaction itself.
