This Place Is a Complete Scam – Avoid at All Costs I paid for a consultation and a service fee, and there has been zero improvement to the spot on my face. Their so-called “advanced laser” is nothing more than an expensive toy that does nothing. It honestly feels like they’re just using patients’ money to fund the investment they made in that useless machine. When I asked what the next steps or solutions were, they told me I’d have to fork over another $300 for the exact same treatment — the one that already failed to do anything. On top of that, they didn’t even bother to call me for my scheduled follow-up appointment. I had to chase them down. It’s pretty obvious they avoid contacting clients because they already know the results are disappointing — and they’d rather hide than face accountability. I'll have to speak to the person who recommended this place and tell them to stop promoting this clinic. TLDR: don’t waste your time, money, or hope here. They overcharge, underdeliver, and show zero integrity.

I didn’t have a good experience at another dermatology clinic and decided to request a second referral, which was sent here. I am very happy I asked for a change, every staff member has been very pleasant and accommodating (such a fast turn around time with responding to emails). I am receiving the appropriate medical attention, care and treatment for my skin issues and seeing positive results. If you need to see a dermatologist for anything OHIP/medical related I highly recommend requesting a referral here.

I highly recommend Dr. Beach as she renewed my self-esteem by significantly reducing my melasma. I followed her guidance for 8 months with a couple of tweaks along the way,. We determined a routine that works and I am so grateful and impressed with the improvement in my skin. Thank you again for all of your help Dr. Beach!

I was referred to this clinic for a simple hair loss treatment more than 2 months ago. I followed up with them at least 4-5 times to ask when I can expect an appointment, only to be told again and again they don't know and the doctor is going through backlog and I should be patient. All is well, I followed up again, this time I was told I cannot make appointment with them any more because they decided not to do any hair loss treatment. The attitude of the front desk was also rather condescending and belittle. It is all fine, but at least have the decency to notify your patients who is desperately waiting for treatment of what happened. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Wish I had never dealt with them.
