Igor was really good. I asked him to focus on my upper back and shoulder because they were really tight and he did a great job working through those areas. Felt much better after the session. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be going back again.

I booked with Tina for my first visit here and had such a great experience that I ended up booking again shortly after. The space has a really nice, semi-spa feel. While you wait they offer lemon-cucumber water or bottled water, which is a nice touch. There are also slippers by the front door that you can change into before stepping inside, which helps keep the space clean and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. My massage with Tina was exactly what I was hoping for - relaxing and quiet. I really appreciate that they don’t feel the need to constantly talk, so I was actually able to fully relax and unwind. The treatment rooms are cozy and set up with the perfect ambiance to help you decompress. One small detail I really appreciated: the face cradle didn’t leave those awkward marks on my forehead afterward (always a plus). They also don’t rush you out once your treatment is done, which makes the whole experience feel calm and unhurried. Overall, a really comfortable and relaxing place. I’ll definitely keep visiting.

I visited Amapola for Osteo, and within 3 visits she completely eliminated my shoulder pain I had been having for years. She’s very nice, knowledgeable and an expert at her craft. I highly recommend her. I will definitely be visiting again!

Extremely misleading pricing practices — proceed with caution Body & Soul spa does not post pricing for hair removal on their website. When I called to ask pricing, I was told it could only be provided after booking and attending a consultation. At the consult, I was given a written quote. Based on that quote, I booked my first appointment. At my second appointment (they are approx 1 month apart) when I went to pay, the price had increased from $32 to $80 — a 150% increase. I was then informed that the written quote was only valid for the first visit. I still had the written quote and it had a no indication that it was time-limited, first-visit-only, or any expiration date. When I asked for the manager’s name or contact information, the desk staff said they “can’t give that out.” That alone should raise red flags. They agreed to honor the original written quote for the one time, but all future visits would be at the 150% price increase. A written quote reasonably implies the price applies to the service, not just a single visit. If it is limited to a first visit or promotional period, that must be in writing. There should be written transparency of future pricing or a clear statement such as “price valid until ___ date.” So be careful — pricing here feels cloak-and-dagger, and written quotes are not what you can rely on. The full price that you will pay after the first session isn’t available on the website, brochures or any handouts.

Just had one of the best massages of my life with Pei Lu at Body & Soul Massage Therapy! She’s amazing, super knowledgeable, kind, and really knows what she’s doing. I came in feeling tense and sore, and left feeling like a new person. Pei took the time to ask what I needed, and she totally delivered. She found all the right spots without me even having to say anything. The pressure was strong at times but that’s exactly what I wanted, and I could feel the stress just melt away. Honestly, if you're looking for a massage that actually makes a difference (and feels incredible), go see Pei. I can’t recommend her enough, I’ll definitely be back!
