I had a wonderful experience with Flavia Hercules as my RMT. She is super knowledgeable and very experienced as a massage therapist. She also recommended some exercises for my shoulder and back. Overall, it was pretty good experience.

Just left this place, my first and my last time there. When I called to book I requested someone knowledgeable to be the RMT. On the intake form I put back problem. Before the massage, I also repeated to the RMT about my back issues and area that needed to be addressed. She spent 10 min massaging my back, that is all, for 60 min massage. Durung the massage, l asked for more pressure, it happened for 2 min and went back to just sliding her hands over, like applying cream on my skin. This is the first time ever, to walk out of massage feelings worst than how my back felt when I walked in. Very disappointed.

I had to remove my former 5 star review. It was not good service today for a 75 minute RMT massage at all. Definitely didn’t leave relaxed. I’ve been seeing Veronica as my RMT for the past 8 years, and she is absolutely exceptional. I travel over an hour for my appointments because no one else compares, she’s the only therapist who has truly fixed my tennis elbow and relieved my back pain. Her deep knowledge of body anatomy and her ability to pinpoint and treat problem areas are unmatched. Veronica is professional, skilled, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for real, lasting results!

Just had one of the best massages of my life with Pei Lu at Body & Soul Massage Therapy! She’s amazing, super knowledgeable, kind, and really knows what she’s doing. I came in feeling tense and sore, and left feeling like a new person. Pei took the time to ask what I needed, and she totally delivered. She found all the right spots without me even having to say anything. The pressure was strong at times but that’s exactly what I wanted, and I could feel the stress just melt away. Honestly, if you're looking for a massage that actually makes a difference (and feels incredible), go see Pei. I can’t recommend her enough, I’ll definitely be back!
