Bellair Laser Clinic Inc in Toronto

I had an awful experience at the clinic. I purchased a Facial package and paid using a physical credit card and the credit card holder present. After the first session, I tried to book the next one and my account was closed and they fraudulently did so and I will be filing a case. I’m eligible to receive two more sessions under the package I purchased but unfortunately they were being unprofessional and when I brought it up to them they did NOT take any accountability or show remorse. I’ve worked with many clinics in the past and this is the worst experience for me.

I’ve had a few cortisone injections done for acne cysts, and it’s extremely hit or miss based on the nurse you get. Last time i was in, I asked for two injections. The one injection was beside the cyst and didn’t do anything besides cause an indentation next to the cyst. I understood the indentation is a side effect going in, but would have actually been worth it if they injected it properly and it helped. The other injection was a solid two inches from where I asked, absolutely no idea what they were doing there. So almost $200 for two poorly done injections that didn’t help and just caused side effects.

Recently got my Emsculpt treatment done. I had consulted various clinics, but nobody gave a clear explanation , its pros and cons. But the consultants in Bellair laser clinic took their time and explained about the protocol, post care and the expectations to be kept. The staff is extremely courteous and trained. They were so proactive, keeping my comfort and needs as top priority. The interior of the clinic has a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The clinic has most advanced technology. Would recommend my family and friends for their services. Thank you Bellair , keep up the good work!!

When I met with an esthetician at Bellair clinic in March 2024. I was seeking advice on an individualized treatment approach to lighten melasma on the upper lip and hyperpigmentation on the face. Unfortunately, it was a devastating outcome for me. It's important I share my experience with others to prevent someone else from going through a similar experience, and caution others to think carefully before committing to cosmetic treatments or procedures aimed at improving their appearance. My skin tone is medium to dark and it was recommended picosure was the best treatment option to target melasma and dark spots. It was recommended 3 picosure laser treatments on the full face which I purchased along with a skincare facial kit for $2,700. When I spoke with the esthetician, I emphasized concerns about my dark skin color and not wanting to further increase damage or darken my skin. I was reassured it wouldn't be a problem, and was shown before and after pictures of dark skin individuals who had picosure laser treatment and the improvements were remarkable I decided to go ahead with the laser treatments. Worst mistake of my life. I was devastated, it did not lighten the melasma, instead it was worse. I was horrified at the outcome. My face has darkened so much so that it was darker than my overall skin tone. A person's facial features are the most prominent and immediate aspect of their appearance. That's usually the first thing you see. I had two picosure laser treatments, which ruined my face. The esthestican tried to reverse the damage with glycolic peels and microdermabrasion. None of it worked. My face looks terrible, it's dull and now has an ashy wrinkled appearance with dark botchy spots. It is very noticeable because of my darker skin. BE VERY CAUTIOUS and do not accept any recommendations for skin care without doing your own research. I left several messages at the Yonge and Eglinton location, but I never heard back and had to continue calling repeatedly until I was able to speak with someone. I feel the clinic would be better served if they take the time to understand how to treat darker skin tones, which requires not only the right approach but also a commitment to addressing any complications. Bellair Clinic's inability to deliver results, combined with a lack of accountability, highlights a significant gap in their service. I strongly urge anyone, especially those with darker skin to research thoroughly before considering their treatments.

i came to this clinic a few days back for a cortisone shot and everything would have been cool if it weren’t for the lack of transparency. the nurse who serviced me was sneaky. i wanted to get a single unit but she gave me two and only told me after the fact. i didn’t understand why she gave me two injections as i’ve never gone through this process before. then i was charged 176 bucks when i went in there only expecting to pay 80-90 (as this was the price for a single unit). apparently, based on other reviews, this is just how they do business; give more units without telling a client so that they could pay more.
