Rachel is a master at what she does, and you can tell she takes great pride in her work. I had my brows done on Friday and I couldn’t be happier. I was recently diagnosed with alopecia, therefore have lost most of my lashes and eyebrows… Rachel really helped me feel beautiful again. She gave me the most beautiful brows (I can’t stop looking at them!). She is such a sweet and caring person, super easy to talk to, and unlike that previous review says- her studio is very welcoming. I’ve had my brows done elsewhere years ago (it took two times for the record), paid more and loved them less then I do now with the ones from Rachel. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you for bringing back my self esteem Rachel.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my microblading procedure ( this location is a house) . The atmosphere was unwelcoming and the lady seemed uninterested. The 45-min procedure was rushed, and I paid $635 in cash. However, after just 4 days, my eyebrows began to peel off completely and I didn't see the brown color as I asked for. When I reached out to her, told me : send the pictures, so I sent the pictures, I waited for her call, she didn't call me back, she was unresponsive, and only replied after multiple texts, citing she was busy with her kids( lack of professionalism). Despite my requests for a partial refund, I kept texting her to get a part of money. I called her, she didn't want to respond my call and she gave the phone to her husband ( who responded rudely and refused to let me talk to her) - after I insisted on speaking with her, she started to explain that everyone has a skin's reaction,etc... she was tryin to convice me that what she did is right and correct. I refused to go back to her house because of the service, bad result and the way how her husband talked to me ( I was worried and scared to go back to this place for repair). In business, it's best to keep work and personal life separate. Handing the business phone over to a family member wasn't professional. The only explanation I could gather from this situation is that it was influenced by my ethnicity , I am not WHITE. If you run a business, you should treat all customers equally, regardless of their background, race, or ethnicity. It seems your goal is just to get money and you don't care for customer satisfaction and their feeling especially when you pay like this amount. I would love to share some photos of my eyebrows, but I'm restricted due to confidentiality concerns. If you're planing to respond to my comment. Please say the truth. I have the proof of every signle thing I said it.

From the moment I met Rachel I instantly felt at ease. Her warm welcome and natural kindness gave me the confidence to finally have my eyebrows done! She talked me through the entire service and expertly answered all of my questions. I am absolutely in love with my new look, and it’s exactly what we had discussed. She worked so closely with me to ensure that my voice was heard as to what my desired look was. I can’t rave about her and her beautiful space enough! Thank you SO much Rachel for giving me the boost that I truly needed in my life!

I visited the salon 4/16/24 and I am so glad I went! I had a bad micro-blade experience about 4 years ago and my brows were still a mess! Rachel was very honest during my consult and she let me know where I was at and exactly what needed to be done. She colour corrected my brows and then gave me brows I didn't think possible! I am so happy with the results and my experience was a 15/10! I found Rachel to be kind, honest fair and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use her in the future for any permanent make-up needs and I highly recommend. Thanks Rachel!
