Ava Beauty Clinic in Toronto

SCAM. I bought a laser package from this lady and after three sessions, she stopped responding. I’m having this disputed with my bank and guess what she said: I never contacted her. Okay lady, I have all the proofs here that I always HAD TO CALL YOU and you always cancelled my session last minute. And yes, if I will push this in court if I don’t get my money back.

✖️✖️✖️This clinic is a scam!!! Do not waste your time and money✖️✖️✖️ I bought 6 sessions on Groupon and went in for my first appointment. The lady asked me to pay $50 for tax. Since it was my first day there, I didn’t want to make things awkward, so I paid it. They don’t have an online booking system, so you always have to call or text her to book. After 3 sessions, she stopped responding to my messages and completely ghosted me for no reason. I have no idea why—literally, all I did was go in, say hi, get the laser treatment, and leave. So I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and eventually got a refund.

I came here for laser hair removal and the results are obvious after the first session. Hair is greatly reduced. The cooling effect from the machine helps a lot during the laser treatment sessions. The clinic is on the 3rd floor (stairs only) and there are lots of parking behind the building. The owner, Mariam, is very kind, gentle, and on time. I liked how quick the sessions got after 1-3 sessions. I was in and out in under 20 minutes by the last sessions that I had.

I came across this boutique in August and I just want to say it’s the BEST service I received! The technician is felixaeble, understanding, kind & so knowledgeable. I went to another laser technician last year and had a horrible experience. The first day I went to Ava’s I shared my experience and she assured me it would not be the same. It’s 100x better, I’m so grateful I found this place because I really needed a laser technician. The hair removal machine is A+++ I’m so happy with the results!! I just booked my bikini next! ☺️ If you come across Ava’s BOOK IT!

It was a bit hard to find because Google maps kept taking me the wrong way. Now that I know where it is located its super easy. Great parking, amazing location, use TD bank entrance. This is how Ava Beauty clinic looks from the parking spot point of view. Will update after procedure. **Update** Technician was super nice and friendly. Seeing results already after 1st treatment. Make sure you go! She offers a vast range of beauty laser treatments.
